They also went over the repair agreement thoroughly, including the $75 diagnostic fee, which goes toward the cost of any repair. At first, I got a call saying the motherboard was completely damaged and likely beyond repair, which was disappointing. Then the next day, they called back and said they had spent more time looking into it and were actually able to fix it. The repair ended up costing an additional $150, but it was absolutely worth it. My kids' PS5 had stopped accepting discs, and now it's working again. They also advised against relying on random YouTube repair tutorials (oops), since DIY fixes can sometimes make the problem much worse (especially if you're clueless like me). Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back here again, although hopefully I won't need to anytime soon!

Unfortunately, the experience went downhill the moment I walked in. One employee immediately gave me a harsh look and stared at me from across the room. I didn't even realize he worked there at first, so I tried to move out of his line of sight. Another employee eventually approached me, and I explained that it was my first visit and I wanted to look around before asking questions. He was friendly and helpful -- I honestly wish he had been the one assisting me the whole time. Instead, the first employee eventually came over and asked if I needed anything, but his tone and body language made me feel unwelcome, as if he wanted me to leave rather than browse. It took the excitement out of what should have been a fun first visit. Bottom line: the store itself was great, but the attitude from that particular employee made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing.

The store has been around for decades and although it's gone through some reiterations, they have a wide range of lighting equipment for a wide variety of uses. The owner was very nice and guided us through the process of setting everything up ourselves. For a Sunday Event, we picked up the lights on Saturday and returned them on Monday. They also offer DJ services as far as I know, but I haven't looked into them. It's a great local business that can help you with your lighting equipment for your event needs at a very affordable price. Check them out!
