I had a septic tank and drain field go bad and called a plumbing place that swore they could fix any tank and field drain system that I had. They came out and dug a huge hole in the yard and did a few test digs here and there and of course presented their findings with " I have bad news". They charged a lot of money for coming out and convinced me that leaving the big hole they dug , open. So I agreed being I know nothing about plumbing or related. I was frustrated and at my wits end. For the past year we have struggled with extreme slow draining bathroom sinks and a bathtub which would take a long time to drain. over several months we had Roto Rooter to the house three times and a specialized plumber to put a camera down the roof vents to look for blockages.....all was in vain, the drains did not improve. we in a last ditch effort called angel at dirt cheap sewer. he came to the house to put a camera down the sewer line hoping to see if there was a sewer blockage unfortunately, the sewer clean out was slightly under our concrete walkway. angel offered to come in to check the sinks and bathtub. He took apart the drain pipe under the sinks, cleaned them with a bottle brush and flushed them with bleach water. next he took the metal bathtub stopper apart and cleaned out a tremendous amount of hair and other debris. he also cleaned and flushed the drain. I was so excited to finally have a bathtub that now quickly drains and bathroom sinks that also quickly drain!!! I'm so impressed and thankful for Angel Cervantes and dirt cheap sewer. We have an old house, built in 1947, and our plumbing has been a bit of a problem since moving in. Recently everything was backed up and we couldn't use the shower, sink or toilet. King County was helping with the emergency and they sent out Dirt Cheap for an estimate. Angel arrived and partially relieved the blockage on a Friday afternoon. He said he needed other equipment and would be out on Saturday morning to fix it temporarily. Not only did he arrive on Saturday morning, but he had rented the equipment he needed and was able to clear the clog. He didn't even charge for the work. He put in a bid on the project and was awarded the work. They were able to fix the problem in two days. Everyone was very courteous and friendly, and let me know what they were doing and how long it would take. They estimated three days, but they were done in two. I have a unique and problematic issue with my sewer system. My clean out valve lid blew off in the early morning hours on a Sunday not long ago. I called Dirt Cheap later that morning and spoke with Colin who was very understanding and professional. They've done work on other properties in my neighborhood. Later that day Angel Cervantes contacted me then came to my home to diagnose the issue. Long story short, Angel found the problem, communicated with Alderwood Water District on my behalf and revisited my home 3 times to follow up on a job that they were not even able to do, due to the proximity of the main line to the problem. This was done at no charge. When I insisted that I should be billed, Angel told me that he does not charge for acts of kindness. A+. Dirt Cheap, Inc. just completed installing a new exterior sewer cleanout for me. They did a fantastic job, quickly and at very reasonable price. My basement drain backed up on Saturday morning. I had three companies out to clear the line. I didn't have an exterior cleanout, so they had to pull the toilet to gain access to the sewer. No one was successful. Two companies gave me bids to install the clean out. Dirt Cheap was the low bid and could start Monday morning. Two men showed up first thing Monday morning, dug down five feet through hardpan to the sewer line and installed the cleanout. I was able to use my plumbing again that night. After the inspection on Tuesday they came back to fill the hole and replaced a broken downspout drain to the sewer at no extra charge. Katheryn went out of her way to follow up on an online inquiry and Sergio was out the same day to evaluate a water line leak. The work was scheduled just 2 days later and Sergio even began the excavation himself while waiting for the rest of the crew to arrive. The job was completed in 2 days including inspection, the workmanship was excellent and the jobsite cleanup was incredible; better than I would've done myself. Plus, the new isolation valve was brought closer to the surface and a brick frame was built around the valve for the box to sit on. We had a leak in our water line in May 2022 between the meter and our house. The line was 46 years old and I agreed it should be replaced. Unfortunately, the torpedo drill was ineffective due to the area being so wet and a trench had to be dug. The job was done efficiently, including two areas of new concrete. With the recent several-day onslaught of rain, we realized that a concrete slab right next to the step to our front porch was retaining water and we already knew it was a little low. After contact with the office, Collin came the next day and fully agreed that the slab needed to be re-done.
