    Cable coming out of the turbine on the roof

    I have been told by my insurance company and a roofer that there is a cable strung across the roof that represents a safety hazard. Apparently this was done when Directv installed the satellite dish. They tell me that the cable needs to be installed in the "normal" way - not across the roof and that the turbine it's attached to may need to be replaced. Directv tells me that they can't do anything about this unless I pay for it. I told them that I should have to pay for this since Directv caused this problem. They say they won't do anything about this unless I pay.

    This is the work order that the technician called in.  Notice that the technician arrives at 12:52 pm but the acceptance is at 11:53am!

    Poor Service, poor quality and especially poor value compared to other providers such as HULU. Trying to cancel is a rip-off.

    This service is shit, and customer help is worse. Overpriced and crappy besides. Anything would be better.

Most annoying, AT&T's so-called "Virtual Assistant" schedules stuff and dialogs with customers, but it's an outright liar. I waited for a tech one day during the 8 - 12 window Virtual Assistant gave me. Virtual Assistant kept texting me "we're late but we're on the way" for over FOUR HOURS. When it was obvious the tech did not show up, I texted "When are you coming?" Virtual Assistant answered, "We can help you with that." The next day, Virtual Assistant texted "Your repair is complete." I replied, "I don't believe you." Virtual Assistant replied (again) "We can help you with that." Total incompetence. I switched to Spectrum. After I terminated AT&T, they emailed me a "How did we do?" inquiry. I answered it, and a couple of weeks later I received the same inquiry. AT&T's downfall is its stupid automated communications. The nice thing about Spectrum is that they have live people there to answer the phone and their answers are helpful.

    Terrible Reliability and Service after only 6 Days…read more - Signed up for Service on the morning of March 13th had to wait 4 days for install Appointment on March 17th - On March 23rd (6 Days) the Internet Service went dead due to a Frontier Port Issue (their fault) - Was told to wait (2-3 days) to have a technician come out to fix the Frontier Port Problem - Also, their setup fees of $149 are unreasonable, they also charge you for your own Router $10. I was told by the Install Technician that Frontier will not wave the $10 per month router fee even if you have your own equipment.

When I signed up for service with the rep for our apartment, I did not ask for any extra services like an internet "security" service I didn't need; nor did I ask for their router; nor did I ask for HBO Now. When I realized these extra services were tacked on "free" I called their customer service and had them remove them from my account as I didn't need them and wouldn't use them. I still got billed for the HBO Now, even after calling them twice and telling them to remove it and that I would never use it. When the service was connected to my apartment, I asked the installer about the router...I told him I had my own and wouldn't need theirs. He tells me its already included in my service fee and I wasn't going to be charged extra for it. Yeah. OK. That's why a monthly $10 router fee is permanently listed on my bill, even after repeated calls to Frontier about removing it. They said I signed a contract that required it (I specifically didn't sign up for a contract plan as we aren't sure how long we would stay in this apartment, so I'm not sure what annual contract they are talking about). And tonight (09-25-2018), I paid the bill online using my credit card. The due date on the bill is 09-25-2018. However, the confirmation number date from the receipt I received says 09-26-2018. How much you want to bet they are going to charge me a late fee next month? This company is crap and shady. They're going to nickel and dime you to death at any opportunity. If I had a choice of service providers, Frontier wouldn't be in the top 50.
