I was told they could not override it and I would have no other option but to have them shipped ! Mind you the phones were available at that store ! I'm so mad and honestly am driving to another carrier as I type this ! Any other carrier would love to receive my business with 3 lines. The kicker was they had a corporate visit with higher ups there and they still couldn't do anything. I would like to mention my account is current , active and I have been a customer for over three years. This is beyond crazy ! This is definitely a sign to go somewhere else where they have better customer service. The fact they would lose a customer is wild just because they could not override the system. Remember there is always someone above the next person, all this tells me is they were lazy and had no problem losing a customer.

They're not responsive yet, and their service sucks right now, they're just not prepared or staffed properly to get it up quickly and reliably at this time. The Eero Pro router is the worst on the market. Only good for penetrating one wall in WiFi mode. It lacks adequate antennas/beam forming. WiFi Service is good for one room. If you want better wifi, use an Asus Router- side-by-side my old 5mhz Asus router ax89x works better and has better QOS for tv. Overall, if you need 7gbps like I do, and you want to do that wired from the eero, you'll be ok. Otherwise you need to buy a better WiFi router to pair with this service unless you live in a 1 room apartment. See Dong Knows Tech for reviews on WiFi7 routers to pair with this service. You'll have to buy it yourself (eero router comes with the service). Frontier is very price competitive with Spectrum.

Please read this review before you decide to go with frontier the service for canceling your internet is horrible. The value is also horrible as well. The Wi-Fi alone is very, very slow, and you have to pay for every single "upgrade." They randomly charged me an extra $10 because they said it was a service fee increase. I am still trying to cancel my Internet and yet when I called today, they told me they couldn't place any orders and that I had to call back tomorrow and when I was adamant about them, leaving a note on my account, the guy that I spoke to even told me there was no point and he wasn't going to do it! Buyers beware canceling is the hardest thing that you can possibly do through frontier don't even get their service to begin with.

After literally more than 12 hours on the phone with technical support, advanced technical support, and the engineering department, still are lucky to receive around 10mbps. We also have the maintenance plan, but they refuse send a tech out unless we pay for it out of pocket. Finally we ended up contacting and filing a complaint with the BBB. They ignored it completely and refused to respond. they have not adjusted our bill or helped us in any way despite them not providing us with the service we are paying for. They also want to charge us a substantial fee to cancel. This internet is incredibly slow (just for basic tasks like phone calls, web browsing, video streaming services etc. we are not gamers or anything that requires high demand), with a total lack of support. I never leave reviews, but I honestly feel that I need to in hopes that someone that is considering this company thinks twice.

I was constantly contacting them to complain about their Internet Service. I canceled Hughes net. Internet service on September 2 of 2024 on the Hughesnet app that I had on my phone. I did receive a confirmation email when I canceled.I got a new Internet Service provider on September 3, 2024, with Southern California Telephone company. When I noticed, that my Brother was being charged $165 every month from Hughes net I contacted he's that immediately to let them know that we did not have any of the equipment up since September 2 of 2024, and that had canceled the Service with Hughes net on September 2 of 2024. I asked them why we were being charged and they said that I had not canceled the Service and I said I most certainly had and that I expected to get received our money back since we had not been using their Service since September 2024, and they refused to pay back any of the money they have been stealing from us for 11 months. They asked me for the confirmation that I had received 11 months ago which I no longer had because I did not know that his net was still charging my brothers account for $165 every month since September 2024, since hi no longer had that confirmation on my phone. They would not return any of our money they've been taking from my brothers account for the past 11 months at $165 a month.I spoke to a supervisor, and he basically laughed at me. said told me that was without a confirmation showing that I had canceled the Service. They would not be returning any money to my Brother. This is even though there was been no satellite Dish on our roof. No gigabytes used or no signal. Coming to us. They know this they are liars and thieves!I called our bank to reported fraud. I also presented the bank with proof of my new Internet Service provider. Please be careful with this internet service company people. They are thieves, and liars, plus their Service was horrible to begin with. I would never refer or suggest this company to anyone. They are very dishonest company. They want to steal money from hard-working people for a Service. They're not providing, and they know it horrible.
