My new Jeep was having a coolant loss issue and the soonest Bayside Jeep could look at the vehicle was in two weeks. Is that the way you treat one of your customers with a serious vehicle issue? The answer is no because a loss of coolant can be fatal to an engine. When I asked to speak to a manager to escalate this serious issue I was told that no one was available and that I would get a call back. Well that was 4 days ago so I took my Jeep to another dealership for service instead who was more than happy to see the vehicle right away. And guess what? It was a serious issue that needed to be immediately addressed and driving the vehicle further could have been a big probelm. Needless to say, stay away from Bayside Jeep because they do not stand behind their own customers
