They had a decent selection of donuts on the rack. However, none of the donuts were for sale since I was told they were reserved for special orders in the morning. WTH??? Anyways, I was able to order a Pumpkin Muffin to go. The muffin was very soft and moist and tasted pretty good, sweet enough though. I am still puzzled that they had plenty of donuts here, but I could not buy just one donut at 6:40 pm on a Sunday. When I drove by the place recently in the evening, the place was closed around 7:45 pm, but I could see the racks behind the counter were already stocked with donuts for the next day (are they very fresh?) Also, they open very early at 4:30 am, but close at 7 pm, earlier than their competitors which stay open slightly later.

My only critique would be that I wish Salt & Light made their own oat milk or used a healthier brand option. They use the brand Oatly as their oat milk offering to customers. Oatly milk is absolutely terrible for you and can cause gut bloat due to poor ingredients, etc. But, other than that, we love it here and hope to come back soon :)

The barista was nice about remaking it with the replacement syrup of my choice so it wasn't a huge deal. To eat, I got the peach danish. It was very yummy! It didn't taste exactly freshly baked so I can't give five stars but it was still nicely crisp and buttery with a good amount of filling. My friend is gluten-free and unfortunately there weren't a lot of options for her, but the raspberry square she got she said was very good. My Americano was also yummy and not too bitter. Just a note that by 10:30 the pastry case already had quite a few sold out items so that's something to keep in mind if you come later in the day for a sweet treat.
