I emailed due to no shipping email after 4 days, they then said they were sending it out that day and got a shipping email. Looked it up the next day and day after and USPS said hasnt been dropped off. I email again after 3 days of no info...no response. Chatted on their site and hours later they said they dont have any of that product (still beign sold online however) and can refund my money...but again this would take many days to get my money back. Took 6 days and emails from me to find out they don't have the product, won't have if for a while but kept my money and still taking other people's money. BAD BUSINESS, GO ELSEWHERE FOR CRISPY JERKY.

And now that their retail location is open for walk-in business, makes it that much more fun to see, hold, ponder on all the goodness in this store. I mean, innovative ice cream treats... yummie drink specials... crispy beef jerky..! This day I impulsively stopped in while I bought food provisions at market down the street. Love how the crispy jerky comes in three different sizes with the largest size being best deal per ounce. Smallest broken bits slightly discounted. So of course I had to get a few bags of the largest size of my favorite: oxtail soup flavored. Got confused when sampled a bit of the butter garlic yaki... yep a few bags of those! And a variety of other newer flavors. Also walked out with a bowl of their most delicious yakiniku over rice, a newer item. Wholey moley batman, was this delicious! Was that butter in the rice?! And topped with corn and kimchee... perfect balance of flavors. Had such a nice visit with David who came out from the back production area and Chad who was manning the front of the store. And got to meet Faith and Erin too (?). They truly showed me so much aloha. Even gave me some samples of new receipes they are considering. Hint: butternut squash; sooo yumm! Much thanks for making my day and bringing a little sunshine into this Aunty's otherwise cloudy and rainy weeks. I do…read moreremember seeing them at some event and they had all the samples displayed so I knew the lightness yet very flavorful of their crispy beef jerky and have wanted to pick up some and found them located right across Ala Moana Center...next to Purve Donut to be exact so you need to drive up the ramp and you'll easily seem them and with lots of free parking is easy and stress free. Door is locked as the staff are usually in the back when the shop is empty but a simple ring and they let you in and in this cozy shop is huge rack filled with various flavors and yes they do have special flavors as well that don't last long so keep following them for updates as what they come up with are fun and unique. They do have large and small sizes along with imperfect bags for even greater deal it definitely make a great gift and personally a healthier option to enjoy a crunch snack. Thank you!

Their puff rice snack is absolutely delicious... so light and crunchy and just the right amount of sweetness. I'm so glad I got the information from the young lady at the booth. I tried the one with the macadamia nuts while I was at the center and loved it, so that's what I mostly purchased, but I also got a bag of the one with the ginger. These are packaged so nicely that I'm going to include them in the Christmas gift bags I give out for the holidays to some well deserving friends. Each bag was only $8 at their factory (was $8.50 at the center). I've seen them for sale at Don Quixote for $10.50 a bag, so I feel like I got a bargain. On top of that, they gave me a great little reuseable shopping bag in which to carry my purchase. At the factory, you can see them making batches of these wonderful treats. They were kind enough to let me take pictures of them at work. The yummy smells floated through the air. Along with the bags I purchased, the young lady threw in a bunch of different flavor sample packages, too. Maybe this will help me decide which flavors of these amazing semi-sweet snacks I'll purchase next time! Yummy!!

Hanalei Taro & Juice Co. is a relatively new company at this air conditioned Farmers Market - just started here about 3 weeks ago. The friendly couple invited me to try samples of everything: the Kulolo (yum!!!) and the Taro Hummus (good!!) were the standouts! I will for sure return and get some fresh poi, taro mocha, and taro veggie burger! Go check them out when you're on the Windward side! Support Local!!

Let's try them! Service was very helpful, informative, friendly, and cheerful! The shared parking outside was free! Inside, it's a functional, clean, bright environment! At first, I got one of each flavor... it's just $6 per bag. Then, I thought that these snacks would be great gifts... so I got a few more... yum yum yum! Shrimp chips, in general, are light and crisp. These are no exception. The flavors are very good!

They had four ounce original, furikake, hot furikake, honey garlic for $6/bag and 10 ounce furikake in the shop. (I don't remember the price for the 10 ounce.) Great service - you ring the doorbell and someone comes to open the door in a very short while. They serve you immediately and are so friendly and nice. Be sure to pick up your shrimp chips here, their hours are pretty good, too. As of 6/2/26, they are open weekdays, and for Tue thru Fri open at 8 or 9 and until 5 or 6. As long as you are in the area or live in the area you can probably get there after work if you can't get there during the day. Mon is half day until 1pm.

I come for the coconut syrup, guava butter and lilikoi butter. My Mom also requests the lilikoi syrup whenever I am there, and I often find myself picking up extra jars or bottles just before visiting friends on a trip. The syrups and butters are great for topping pancakes and waffles, much better and higher quality flavor than the ones sold in the markets. They are super friendly and let you sample different things. If you are making a special trip for a particular item, it's best to call ahead to confirm availability as popular items can be out. And don't forget there is a kama'aina discount with your local ID. There is a parking lot in the back for the shops in this little strip, which can get congested.

5-7-2020 updated review: 4 th and final delivery…read more For the convenience of not having to leave your home, once your account is set up and you are put on a route, then it's an option to consider. Quality of produce varies- now that businesses will be opening up next week, timing was perfect. For myself, I'd choose fresh and unblemished produce. Percentage wise, 70% of the time the items were okay. The remaining items I'd personally would have not chosen the quality of some items I.e., wilted, slimy ends in plastic bag, blemished dings or scratches on items, nicks in skin of produce. For this last order the items were good. Unlike last week's driver, who rang the doorbell, different driver today never sent a final text or notification that produce had arrived. With this heat, lettuce would suffer. Be cautious. My four deliveries were a gift yet I received a message after my 3rd delivery that I owed $50+- unbelievable. Also was told someone put a hold on my delivery and did I want to activate up again. Seemed screwy,and undoubtedly alarming to me. I tried to keep calm and composed so that there wouldn't be a backlash on what was in my final bag. I'm glad someone surprised me with this as a gift. Gave me the chance to experience delivery to my front door. Rocky start but remaining 3 deliveries got better. Super glad I received regular sized tomatoes and head lettuce vs loose leaf for this ending delivery. Live and let learn. Note: you need to be a lover of veggies. My crisp bin still has some unused items from last week's delivery even though I cooked daily and incorporated veggies at least twice daily. I didn't want to see another carton of tiny tomatoes for a LONG time, honest! Thankyou my gift giver and mahalo to the person who bagged my produce today- awesome job today.
