Stilll a cute little coffee shop. But this time I am a coffee person! They have a holiday drink menu right now so check out the specials.

Drinks - All the drinks were yummy, but my favorite is the seasonal peanut butter pony! The peanut butter flavor was surprisingly strong in the coffee and in the whipped cream! Ambiance: - Cute shop with plenty of seating in the front and back - Dinosaur theme is very cohesive - One of my favorite coffee shops because there's a bar that you can stand at - Parking is easy since there are many streets to park at - Only 2 outlets ):

The shop is really cute. However, there's limited seating, so we decided to order to-go and enjoy it elsewhere.

I tried one of their Lattes. The reviews were good, however, the latte was too watery and couldn't taste any espresso/ coffee taste in my latte which was very upsetting. This latte was one of the most watery lattes I ever tried. For $8.50, it wasn't worth it.

Really nice spot! Staff were helpful and friendly. Tried their spam musubi croissant and it was a very interesting take on spam musubi, I'd say it's 7/10 because I really do prefer rice with spam =___= The latte was nice and it wasn't too sweet or too strong. They have indoor seating and outdoor seating! It's right next to Mcdonalds.

I love a good coffee shop that has a chill vibe to work in but also makes a great cup of coffee and this place definitely checks both marks! Great staff ready to give you their personal faves on your first time in.

I started coming here after moving to the area from WestLa and needing a new day to day coffee shop. I've had nothing but excellent experiences each time at Dinosaur. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is arm, and it offers great people watching. Both indoor and outdoor seating options are available. For optimal work and minimal distractions I would recommend the indoor seating in the back. If you prefer intermittent distractions, like me, the indoor seating in the front is ideal. A fair amount of outlets spread out through the shop, just not at each seat. Their specialty drinks are great but for a long work day I prefer Black coffee and I would says theirs is pretty average. It tends to take some acclimating to after each sip but their is a nice rich aftertaste that helps. Love this place and cant wait to keep coming back.

Nice, quiet coffee shop with a good atmosphere for some quiet work. I went there to read, and it was great for that. My coffee was smaller than I had wanted, but overall still a good latte. They were extremely quick with making the drinks which was a huge plus. Unsure what the parking situation is, I took metered street parking, but I saw a lot in the back - not sure if it's for customers or employees though. Street parking on Sunset wasn't too bad on a Saturday morning!

Great local shop to grab a coffee if in the area! The baked goods here are good as well. I got the strawberry almond croissant and it was really good.

Came in while I waited for an oil change. They are the nicest people ever! Coffee is amazing. I had a strawberry croissant also. Delicious! Whether you are here reading a book or, working on your laptop or with a friend, it is such an amazing feeling here.

    Latte, it's hot, it's good and I liked it. :D #TheWeekender #EarlyMorningSabado #HandM0del

Dinosaurs let the world hear you roar! Dinosaur Coffee (est 2014) is a cute coffee shop in Silverlake neighborhood of LA. They offer a wide variety of products besides coffee and pastries such as mugs, hemp beanies, bandana, pin logo, tote bag, hoodies etc. I have driven this coffee shop copious times (going to work) for the past eight bloody years but never had the audacity to visit. My rationale was there were too many customers in the morning. But today, I finally visited. Their interior design and open layout were rustic with a modern edge. From the outside, it's hard to discern how spacious it is inside not until you actually went in. It's circular centered marble full bar has a 360 degree view of the entire coffee shop whereby ordering can be swift. I came early Saturday (06/10) morning and I was perfunctorily greeted by a male staff. No other customers on line, thus, I was attended swiftly to my needs. I perused their large overhead board menu, and decided to order a hot Latte + wm and a butter croissant. Total cost was $10 bucks. Both items taste good albeit average. Furthermore, I like their dinosaur theme around the coffee shop which make this cafe even cooler. It brings the kid in-you. Lol. Service was swift. Male staff was obsequious with strong energy. Prices were within market value. Plenty of street parking. Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed my hot latte and croissant. I may visit again in the near future. I recommend you check them out if you have not done so.

However, I am almost embarrassed to admit that I thoroughly enjoyed Stagger. There was no line, but it makes sense with the fact that we came at 4 pm. After ordering, we were quickly served. Everything from napkins to drink caddies to straws to drink sleeves were self serve, which I appreciated. Not to mention the free stickers! The drinks were on the sweeter side, which is what I prefer, but not too sweet that it drowns out the matcha flavor. The double matcha was topped with a thick layer of sweet cream which balanced nicely with the slight matcha bitterness. The jasmine matcha, which was the seasonal drink, was very jasmine forward and garnished with flowers (I ended up spitting them out; had the texture of disintegrating paper straws). Otherwise, it was one of the better matchas I've had, especially because it didn't make me feel jittery. The vibe was quiet, clean, and minimalistic. The chairs looked straight out of a modern art museum. It's like musical chairs, but the loser still gets a chair, just one without back support. This is my first time visiting a matcha shop in LA, and the bar has been set very high!

It was really interesting that one of the Americanos was made with Ecuador Los 4 Mundos beans, and the other was made with Colombia El Diviso. When a staff member brought over my hot Vanilla Latte, I asked to make sure it was decaf. He took it back just to double-check for me, and then confirmed that it was indeed decaf. The coffee here is all delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly, which I really liked. However, the chairs were quite uncomfortable to sit in, and the Vanilla Latte was still pretty sweet even though I ordered it "less sweet." Still, the coffee tastes so good and the staff are so incredibly kind, so it's a really great coffee shop. P.S. A funny thing: They had dog treats in a jar. I immediately thought of my boss's absolutely super, incredibly cute dogs, so I asked for an empty cup and packed some treats to bring to the office for them today. But when I finished my coffee and was heading out, I totally forgot and accidentally threw the cup of treats away along with the empty coffee cups. OMG. (But seriously, all dogs and cats always absolutely love me. Hahaha. When I get to work, my boss's dogs come over wagging their tails and greeting me so excitedly--they are just so, so adorable. And as for cats, there's a stray that I've been feeding every single morning on my way to work for over 4-5 years now. She currently lives at the Buddhist temple I attend. Every day when I go, she follows me around everywhere. She absolutely loves it when I scratch her back with a brush, and when I'm done and try to leave, she taps my foot to tell me to scratch more! It's just so totally cute and lovable. It's a completely white cat, and so incredibly pretty.)
