I picked up the chairs and the warehouse guys helped load them into my car, unload, etc. But then recently, I inquired about renting tables, chairs and linens for a bridal shower. First, their contact us form on their website wasn't working - some issue with the captcha. So I tried emailing with my request and questions about table options. I waited for days, and then I got an anonymous text with a couple of questions in return. So I'd respond, and then days would go by where I wouldn't hear anything again. I called several times and left messages, then I got another text a couple of days later. Finally, I got a text with just a price tag - no itemized breakdown of costs, no responses to my questions about table sizes, nothing. I left another message, asking for an itemized quote and haven't heard back. Its so surprising, considering how responsive and professional they were the past two summers when I rented from them. Itemized contracts, detailed terms. everything you would expect. This time there was none of that. Did they lose their sales staff? Are they going out of business?

We were extremely impressed with the company's professionalism throughout the entire planning process! From the staff who answered our emails to those that hung up the lights the day of, everyone was extremely helpful and assisted in making our special day run smoothly. We got married on a Friday and had the option to split the cost of the lighting package with the couple getting married on the following day-this was a great alternative that the company offered us! The day before the event, the owner calls to inform me that the performer that was supposed to come is sick and they have replacement. The replacement may not be able to perform what we have had requested but that's the best they can do on short time. After heated conversation with the owner (which he was very rude over the phone, I still can't believe they are in service providing industry with this kind of attitude), we mutually agreed that it would be best just to cancel the service. Now comes the worst part, I had already put down $75.00 deposit which I was promised that I will get back. No brainer, right? I guess not, after repeated inquires and promises I have yet to receive the deposit back. Now they are not answering my repeated request for return deposit and its been three weeks. If I had time, I would take them to small claim court to get the deposit back but rather I am working with my Credit Card company to recover the deposit. I had hired them to relieve the stress of providing the entertainment to the children at birthday party but ended up causing more stress. Even if they provide the service for FREE, I would suggest not to hire them. You are better off spending that money buying gifts/toys for your guests. Very disappointed.
