Dewey at school on his birthday.

Over three years in and still raving about the Dingo Doggies team! Dingo Doggies continues to be a huge part of our lives keeping our fuzzy man fulfilled and well mannered. I say it's like continuing education, consistency in practicing good behaviors. Dewey now has two human siblings who he adores and is the perfect pup brother to them- being kind, patient, and very tolerant. When he meets dogs on the street he is patient and calm with them- despite their barking and/or excitement. I still love to watch Dewey prance out and hop into the "pup bus" with his school mates. He has he even gotten better at riding in the car! DD posts videos of class so you can see your dog doing pack walks on the treads and then out on the agility course (yes- treads and training just like Barry's, but for pups!). It can be challenging to find a space and team who you 100% whole heartedly trust with your special fuzzy family manner- DD is just that place!

The Dingo Doggies team are fantastic - caring, thoughtful and disciplined. They care about each dog's development, learning, as well as their physical and emotional comfort. Safety, consistency and good manners are what they instill in each dog. I brought them a very challenged 15 month old puppy who'd had a very rough start in life. They worked carefully to build his confidence and understanding of expectations, and gradually drew out his love of agility, his listening skills and his personality. Today he's a fun, amazing dog. I saw them do similarly great work with troubled adult dogs and with silly, young pups just starting out. One last mention: they do phenomenal work preparing the dogs for noisy holidays through gradually increasing ambient exposure. There are fireworks soundtracks for July 4th, noisy ghost and goblin decorations for Halloween until the dogs are able to sleep right through it all!

We are so grateful for the training that Renee and her staff gave to our Boxer. When we adopted him, he was anxious and insecure. Always nervous. After months of training at Dingo Doggies and following Renee's instructions, he developed into a content, secure, happy member of our family. This wouldn't have been possible without Renee. Other trainers tried and failed, and we were hopeless. Dingo Doggies is worth the investment as her philosophy works, and the dogs at her facility are so well-behaved. #forevergrateful

Obedient little angels

My dog Oliver has been coming to dingo since he was a puppy and it was the best decision I could've made! As a first time dog mom, they helped shape him into an obedient, calm pup. I love how everything is very well structured and organized. It amazes me every time how well behaved the pack is when I see the updates on instagram. I trust them immensely! The staff is so wonderful, professional, and very communicative. It truly feels like a family :) I'm so appreciative for this place!

I found Dingo Doggies nearly 2 years ago when I was looking for more structure for my active-minded Nova. it has been the greatest blessing EVER. Nova has shown massive improvement in her confidence and calm manners. She continues to make good choices at home due to the at-home session and guidance that Reneé provided. Not only has Nova benefitted, but I myself have learned a TON - like how to understand her needs, provide direction, promote calmness and good choices, and instilling better boundaries in the house. I am eternally grateful for Dingo Doggies and all of the incredible trainers that give the utmost love and nurturing to the pups. I wish everyone could experience the amazingness of DD.

Saka taking a break at his favorite part of the obstacle course

Where do I start? Renee and her team and Dingo Doggies cannot get a high enough recommendation from my wife and me and our fuzzy dude Saka (1 year old Goldendoodle). We can't imagine our life without Dingo Doggies. Saka was a typical pup when he came to Dingo about a year ago and was pushy, overly excitable, and lacked impulse control. I had watched countless Youtube/Instagram videos before we found Renee and Dingo and finally took him in for a consultation. Over the next year, the structure of daycare helped take him from a pup that would jump on the furniture and run up stairs to one that happily sleeps under our feet when we're on the couch at night. We've gone from a dog that couldn't calm down and would ramp up uncontrollably on walks to one that's starting to learn off leash recall and can walk behind us on a 15ft long line. There will always be room for improvement, but we trust Renee and her team to help show Saka and me how to live our lives together and help each other coexist. They have set him up for success and made him a more balanced and confident dog. She's shown us how to set boundaries, what little tweaks to make in the home, and how to create structure and leadership for Saka. We always love seeing the daily updates when he's at school like the videos of proper socialization and the obstacle courses. We trust leaving him when we're away at Dingo's boarding, knowing that if we can't be there with him, that he's learning and at a place that he absolutely loves. If you want your dog to be balanced and get amazing feedback and structure from trainers on a regular basis, get to Dingo Doggies!

Rose chilling during free time on comfy couches

Amazing doggy daycare that takes daycare to the next level. I am amazed by Renee and Matt and others in the staff for their tremendous care for Rose, my 10 month old ridgeback puppy. At daycare, Rose has gone on pack walks on the treadmill with her friends, done agility course to engage her mind, had her rest time and afternoon chill play time. When I first brought rose, she wasn't as confident and sometimes would get really excited around other dogs. Now, with the help of great trainers, she's more chill and well adjusted. Even at home, I've seen the difference. While I'm working, she's very calm and knows when to wait for things and stay in place. So glad my dog trainer, referred me to Dingo doggies help me to raise my large pup in the healthiest and holistic way. Another plus is that all the dogs are carefully vetted so I know she'll have great playmates and no concerns as I would at other doggy daycares. I also love seeing the Instagram stories especially when they get their doggy facials. I wish there was a dingo doggy daycare for adults. :)

Getting fit before Christmas

We recently moved to Encinitas from Culver City. We miss Dingo Doggies so much! Renee and her staff are excellent with all the dogs. My dog is picky with people, but he loved all the people who worked there. We are also very selective about who we leave our dog with. We always felt confident that our dog would be well taken care of by Renee and her trainers whether he's there for a class, daycare or boarding. My dog had been going to Dingo from when he was 8 months old until he was 3 1/2 years old. They have a nice structured program for the dogs including agility, treadmill and relaxation (including massages for the dogs). The dogs learn to play nicely with each other and how to relax. We also had Renee come to our house to train Winston. We felt it was very helpful. I wish there were a place like Dingo Doggies near where we moved to.

We're pretty busy people and I wanted a reliable place where Sophie could go regularly and be well cared for, but that wouldn't rip us off on the daily rates and for every little add-on (in my search I saw places that would charge extra for walks, extra for specific feedings, etc.). Nothing seemed to fit the bill and I was worried we'd never be able to leave town again. Then I found Mia at Let's Go For A Walk! She runs the business out of her home, which has a big, beautiful yard for the doggies to play. Mia happily takes Sophie's meals and snacks and feeds her according to our instructions without a problem. We also love that Mia sends us texts and pictures throughout the day sharing all the adventures Sophie is having with her four-legged buddies. And as a bonus -- Mia provides all of this personalized care at very reasonable rates. After a day at Let's Go For A Walk, Sophie comes home and sleeps like a log with a big puppy smile on her face! It was a huge relief to find a place that gives us no hesitations about her safety and happiness. If you are fed up with expensive Westside doggie day cares that are dubious at best, give Mia a call.

From the very first interaction, I felt completely supported--and more importantly, so did our rescue pup, Romie(a German shepherd Husky mix). Romie has a bit of a spicy personality (he's dog reactive and can be a lot to handle at times), but Uriel, Arely, and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond to accommodate his needs. They take the time to ensure that Romie feels safe and that the whole pack is comfortable and balanced together. Their ability to manage group dynamics while honoring each dog's individuality is impressive and deeply appreciated. Uriel brings such a peaceful, calm, and confident energy that immediately puts both me and Romie at ease. It's clear he understands dogs on a deep level, and his leadership has created a pack that feels structured, safe, and full of positive energy. Arely is also an absolute gem--she's incredibly calm, caring, and consistent. Her gentle presence is so grounding, and Romie adores her. I know that when he's out walking with her, he's in the best of hands. She's patient, attentive, and has a quiet confidence that dogs (and dog parents!) instantly trust. Romie comes home well-exercised, mentally calmer, and truly happier. I've seen such growth in his confidence and regulation since joining the pack, and that's all thanks to the care and expertise this team provides. If you're looking for a dog walking company that understands dogs, treats them like family, and helps them thrive--look no further. Romie and I are so lucky to have found Dogs On A Stroll.
