Numerous occasions where my dog walker was out for various reasons (all of which sounded untruthful). Doggie Bliss is far more responsive than any dog walking service Ive used here in LA or the Bay Area. Monique quickly helped me find another walker when my first one had to move back to school. I was EXTREMELY reluctant to use a dog walking/sitting service. My prior attempts were less than satisfying mostly because the people being offered to come to our home were not vetted, the companies weren't insured, etc., and often no opportunity to interview the person, get any info on their background etc. Sounded like a recipe for disaster to us! Then we found Dogge Bliss. We are SO impressed... first of all, they are super responsive. Questions, concerns, emails, answered very quickly, and even during busy times/weekends, within 24 hours. We got to meet our dog walker, Anthony, via facetime and he was a perfect match for our very high energy, intelligent and demanding aussie puppies (not 1, but 2 aussie puppies!). From the moment they met Anthony, they fell in love with him. They literally could not contain the wiggling and pretty sure they grew springs because we've never seen them jump that high when they wanted to give him hugs/kisses. I suspect they liked him a little better than us, if I'm being perfectly honest! The other thing we very much appreciated was if Anthony could not make it for one of our scheduled walks, we were notified in advance, given the option of having another walker (we declined just bc we didn't have time to orient the dogs to a new person), or cancelling or rescheduling. Anthony was great with their energy, he clearly has experience with young energetic larger dogs, and he was super responsive to us. Can't recommend them enough! read more

We had the absolute best experience with Doggie Bliss! We have a very high-maintencance and often difficult pitbull who takes a LONG time to warm up to strangers, and gets very fussy when someone other than us tries to put her leash on...so the thought of introducing a dog walker was daunting, to say the least. But then, along came Dante, the dog walker of our dreams, who turned out to be a godsend and a total lifesaver!! We started off slow, with a few days of slow introduction, then a week of tandem walks where we'd all walk together, then, slowly, Dante started to take the lead and soon he and the pup were flying solo! Dante handled the whole situation with total grace and confidence. He knew exactly how to behave around a nervous, fearful dog, and even if during the early days, she would react, he never let anything phase him! His mellow attitude and love of dogs was apparent, and our pup took to him way faster than we even expected. Throughout our time using Doggie Bliss, Dante was reliable, dependable, kind, and consistent. He kept us updated after every walk and sent daily pics from their neighborhood strolls. He also spent quality time with her in the apartment and made sure she was well taken care of every day while we were at work. Unfortunately we had to cancel our service and say goodbye to Dante because we moved away and Doggie Bliss (and Dante) only services the west side of LA. It was a sad, sad day. Saying goodbye to Dante was extremely difficult because he and the pup bonded so well and he became so integrated into our daily routine. We highly recommend Doggie Bliss -- the most personal and convenient dog walking service I've ever used. Scheduling and canceling walks was quick and easy online, as is payment. I needed a dog walking service for a couple of months due to foot surgery. Setting up a schedule was easy and including a "meet and greet" with the person who'd be the primary walker before service started. The walkers were reliable and trustworthy. Even the couple of glitches were quickly and entirely satisfactorily resolved. (When one of my newly copied keys failed to work the very first morning and when one walker dropped and temporarily lost the keys.) It was a great relief to me to have such reliable and good service. My dog enjoyed and came to look forward to all of his walks. A couple of weeks later, he still sits and watches the door at the times walkers used to come.
