My best friend and family member has a service dog named Cookie, and she is absolutely everything to her. Because they are together all the time, it can be hard for her to truly relax or enjoy herself when she has to go somewhere Cookie can't come along. Knowing Cookie is happy, safe, and loved while she's away means the world to her. We have been using Spoiled Pooch for over two years now, and we truly could not recommend them more. They are professional, incredibly communicative, reliable, and so caring. Cookie gets genuinely excited when she sees the girls who take care of her, which says everything. The same two girls have been taking care of Cookie for more than two years now, and I think that really says a lot about the company. It's so nice to see such a low turnover rate with pet sitters because it shows that the people working there are happy with what they do and happy with the company they work for. Heather and Bianca and Jeanetta are amazing. Not only do we trust them completely with Cookie's safety and well-being, but we also trust them in our home and with the security of our home. That level of trust is rare to find. We honestly wouldn't trust Cookie with anyone else. read more

This service was great. Heather who watched our dogs was always on time, sent us pics and kept us updated on what she was doing with the dogs. I give her 5 stars. Spoiled Pooch is amazing! Jeanetta is super responsive and has such trustworthy individuals that work there. I've used Spoiled Pooch for house sitting my dogs and cat and I felt that they were taken care of the whole time and made my travels more peaceful. I highly recommend them! read more

I highly recommend Spoiled Pooch! A couple years ago, I needed a dog walker after fracturing my finger. I was concerned, because my GSD Sebastian is reactive with other dogs. He is also a big, strong boy. I contacted Jeanetta and she quickly set up a meet and greet with one of her stellar employees, Bianca. It was a perfect match, and two years later Bianca continues to take Sebastian on daily walks. She takes great care of Sebastian, is very reliable, and knows how to avoid the neighborhood dogs or rein Sebastian in when he's being reactive. Bianca gives me daily reports on their walks and Sebastian is always exhausted and happy when they return! read more

We were recommended Spoiled Pooch by some friends when we got our dog in October 2019. Jeanetta, Bianca and Beau have all been such lifesavers for us over the past 2.5 years. They take incredible care of our dog Max and go above and beyond. Max can't wait for his pack walks each time and comes back happy and exhausted which is great! We have also used them for dog sitting in our apartment while we are away and Max doesn't miss us at all. Couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Spoiled Pooch read more

Spoiled Pooch is the best! I am super grateful for Spoiled Pooch - especially Amber and Brenna! My little maltipoo is super high maintenance and they take such good care of her. They cater to her "walks" - she likes to be held on her walks out and will then gladly walk back towards the house. They spoil her with extra cuddles and scratches. I am grateful for their communication, reliability, positive energy, love and care. Thank you Jeanetta and Spoiled Pooch team! read more

We absolutely love Spoiled Pooch! Hector has frequent walks with this service and recently had an overnight dog sitting adventure! We were very hesitant to leave him because of his history of back issues and recent tummy issues but Spoiled Pooch (Jeanetta and Dena) went above and beyond to make sure he had everything he needed to feel comfy and safe while we were away. They even purchased his favorite pill poppers for him when he ran out! I can't say enough great things about the experiences we have with this company :) read more

Been using Spoiled Pooch for a year now and love it!! I have an Akita so I do not just let anyone walk my dog. It takes walkers who are responsible and have real dog skills. Love the walkers and how professional and punctual they are. My dog loves them equally and she doesn't just bond with anyone!! Most important the owner, Jeaneatta has gone so far and beyond to be there when my pup and I need it. Literally do not know what I would have done without this service. I became hurt and couldn't walk and multiple times she found a way to be there when I needed last minute or extend services to fir our unusual needs. Impeccable ownership and service. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for trust with their babies!! read more

Jeanetta runs a great service! She took the time to pair my dog with a great sitter and my dog's care is one less huge worry when I travel. She is responsive to any issues or concerns and communication is great between the sitter and I when I'm away. It's always a nerve wrecking process finding someone to trust with your fur kid, and I'm very happy with Spoiled Pooch. Also fantastic with single walk needs. read more

Spoiled Pooch and Amber have taken such wonderful care of my 14.9 yo Labradoodle Daisy (big ham in center of photos). Always prompt, dependable and reasonably priced. Amber at Spoiled Pooch has become integral to my peace of mind. She is reliable, communicative and the degree of excitement that my dog exhibits when she pulls up shows how great she is with dogs (and makes me a little jealous that I don't get as exuberant of a greeting). I would highly recommend Spoiled Pooch and Amber to anybody looking for consistent, high quality dog walking. She also regularly treats me with impressive dog photography read more

Jeanetta and her team are the best!! They are responsive and go above and beyond to take care of my dog.

Justine at Spoiled Pooch is the BEST! Our one year old puppy, Quimby, watches out the window for her arrival everyday. She and Quimby have such a special connection (although I suspect she has a special connection with all the doggos!) Justine has become an invaluable member of our household. She is prompt, reliable, and thoughtful. I look forward to the adorable pictures she sends after each walk - she should add pet photographer to her resume! There are not enough words to describe how much we love Spoiled Pooch and how appreciative we are that they are in our lives. Our dogs are our first born and Everyone at Spoiled Pooch treats them as if they are their first born as well. Dog owners and lovers should get that sentiment. Our dogs get so excited every time one of the gang picks them up and they are pooped when they get dropped off. We recently had a baby and Spoiled Pooch was on call and ready to stay here when we went in to labor. The dogs didn't even miss us. What can I say we are huge fans and love them all like family. Thank You to the entire Spoiled Pooch Pac for all that you do for us. Xxo read more

Hey Yelpers.... SIX STARS+ Jeanette and Arianna were my Angels in Playa. They are the real deal! I can not thank them enough for the care and help with my fur-baby. From a chance meeting @the doggo park to a Meet'n'Greet to a full blown friendship.  Point #1: I am eternally grateful for these two dog whisperers. You can tell by they way they talk and text you updates that they are not just dog-walkers. They are spending quality time with the dogs. My Stinky-baby always had such a comfortable smile on his face when Arianna was with him. She spoiled him and gave him way too much attention.  Point #2: I knew I had found a super dog walker when Jeanetta came over to introduce my pup to a new recruit. She told the new Jedi-walker important details about my dog that only I thought I knew. It made me so comfortable to hand off my baby to her and her crew. There are no ways I can ever thank these two. She really cares. PROS: Prices are on par for the area. (maybe slightly below what thy are worth ;) They are bonded and insured which meant a lot to me.  The app they use is easy to schedule and schedule The app geo-locates the walk so you can see the path. The flexibility is second to none. (my schedule was terrible and they were always available to help my old pup :) All my neighbors use them now. CONS: I wish they were with me and my pooch always :) Even when I see them walking the other dogs, they are religious about the dogs getting their exercise and owners getting their updates that they will say hi and then off to walk the clients pup. I respect them so much. I saw Ari running and sweating w/ Ollie and it was so endearing how they care for their clients dogs.  No hesitation in giving them 6 Yelp Stars. My Stinky-Bum misses them and I wish them all the success in the world. read more

I couldn't possibly ever plan to go anywhere if it wasn't for Jeanetta and her team of trusted pet sitters. They have been caring for our pets for over 12 years. They have taken care of every detail and have gone over and beyond the call of duty to take care of our pets as if they were their own. Our dog, turns into a puppy again ( he's 12) every time he sees Jeanetta. When we go on family vacations we know our fur baby is in excellent hands. Maddie with Spoiled Pooch is the absolute best! Our little dachshund mix, Millie, gets so excited to see her every day she gets to have fun with her. She always comes home so happy and tired from all of the fun. Thanks for taking such good care of our girl, Maddie! read more

My dog ADORES Beau!! He goes above and beyond taking care of her - he knows when she's going through something and always makes sure she's having fun, practicing her manners, and that she's SAFE during all her joyful experiences with him. Beau sends detailed updates (with photos!) from each outing, which I absolutely love. He has helped shape my pup's loving and playful personality and helped me ENORMOUSLY as I've adjusted to going back to the office. I can't say enough positive things about him. We (my dog and I!) are so incredibly thankful that we have Beau in our lives. read more

If we could give Jeanetta and Bree twice as many stars we would! We're a little nutty for our four indoor boy cats. The idea of letting strangers into our home to watch our boys wasn't really something we were comfortable with. We'd been asking our neighbors for years to watch them. But this last trip was almost two weeks and that's a lot to ask our neighbors. It would lock them into being here the whole time. So when their plans changed and they told us they'd only be able to stop by once a day we had to find a real solution. We cherish our boys more than anything and so felt it was worth the cost and risk to find a service. Luckily the first place we tried was unavailable and they referred us the Sitters International. Jeanetta from Spoiled Pooches responded almost immediately. We chatted briefly through email and I just got the sense that she was 100% "on it!" It was late notice and she couldn't have been more accommodating. We arranged for a meet up at our home so she could meet the guys. She brought Bree, one of her sitters with her who also seemed very nice and excited to be sitting for cats. After talking for a bit we were convinced our boys would be in good hands. We threw caution to the wind and went away for 12 days. We have NEVER, and I mean NEVER, felt so comfortable and at ease knowing our boys were doing well and in good hands while being away. They came twice a day, stayed and spent time playing with them after feeding, cleaned their boxes and let them get some fresh air in the windows. We got app notifications upon their arrival and they messaged us every single time with a note on how everyone was doing and with photos! Proof of life! Bree even helped my wife out by shipping a package to us on vacation. They're amazing!!!!! I let me neighbors off the hook and just asked them to water my plants. We got back today and half my plants are dead. Better my plants than my cats!!! Next time I'll pay Spoiled Pooches to water my plants too! Seriously, I've never been so happy paying for a service. We're customers for life...maybe the afterlife too. T Wallace read more

I am hesitant to leave a review out of fear that the walkers will get too many clients to continue supporting us! We love Spoiled Pooch and it's team, and we are certain our pups love dog-walker/sitter extraordinaire Amber more than us. Amber has been walking our dogs for years now. She also has dogsat for us plenty of times (and always leaves the house in better shape than we keep it). She knows our dogs' temperaments, is very receptive to any behavioral issues, and has even noticed when one or the other dog doesn't seem to feel well and jumps into action. She communicates regularly and always takes the best photos. She is such a champion for our pups. The other walkers are also excellent, you really can't go wrong with this bunch. Jeanetta runs a tight shop and is very responsive. read more

Spoiled pooch has been the perfect care option for my two older dogs. The app is wonderful with easy scheduling, info on their visits and payment options and the team is five star all around. I was referred to Spoiled Pooch by a friend who's been a longtime client for her difficult dog. I had a puppy who wasn't fully vaccinated yet so unable to leave the house or be boarded, and I had a two-night work trip. Their Puppy Overnights service was just what I needed: a vetted, trusted pet sitter to stay at my home with my puppy, allowing her to keep safe and keep her routine, who would only leave dog for 2/3 max. Jeanetta the owner is very hands-on, and made onboarding a breeze. Their app is also very easy to use and had a lot of great features. She arranged an into FT call with Jane the pet sitter, and a day-before walk-through at my home so that on travel day, everything would run smoothly. Jane was wonderful; because of her online work, she rarely had to leave my house and if she did it was less than 2/3 hours. She sent lots of updates, photos and videos and was always communicating through the app or text. She even stayed late on the day I came home to ensure my dog wouldn't be alone for more than 2/3 hours :) Payment and communication were easy via the app, and Jeanetta was always involved to answer any questions. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend! read more

Jeanetta was great from the first meet and greet all the way to the after care and follow up. Bianca stayed at my home and cared for my boxer frank. I got regular updates and felt 100% comfortable that my fur baby was being looked after. I rarely leave him, this is maybe the 3rd time in 4 years, but he was totally happy when I got home. When I've boarded him in the past he usually takes a day to calm down after but he was his regular self! I definitely recommend jeanetta and her team. read more

Spoiled Pooch is AMAZING. They pick up my dog (Millie) twice a week for 4 hours so she can get out of the apartment because I work from home and don't have time to tire her out. Our dog was bad at interacting with other dogs and now, after 3 weeks, we have seen a drastic improvement in her sociability. Would recommend to anyone who needs help with pup-care. They also send us multiple photos of Millie having fun every day! read more

Wow. Where do I start. Couldn't give a higher recommendation to Spoiled Pooch!!!!. Jeanetta and her loving team have been walking our boy Nigel for over a year now. He does their morning and afternoon walks.. Monday through Friday. And weekend days if we know we aren't around. They send us pictures and text notes on their day which is always nice. My wife and I both work. We couldn't be happier knowing Nigel is having fun, getting outside and being loved like he's their own. They go to the beaches, parks, dog parks, the marina and mountain trails. From our perspective, it's always a new and fun adventure for our boy. Thank you Jeanetta and the Spoiled Pooch team for taking away the stress of us not being able to give our boy what he needs during the week or when we're away. Horrifying experience. Shortly after the walker picked T up for his very first outing with Spoiled Pooches I got a phone call from a young man, asking me if I had a dog named T. He and a friend were holding a little dog with his name and my phone number on his tag. They saw him running through the streets in their neighborhood near LAX, dragging his leash. They managed to chase him down and catch him, and thank god for them. As I was holding T and talking with them, a woman with a bunch of dogs on leashes ran towards us. She said T had jumped out of the car window (!) and the walker was driving around trying to find him. I was on my way home with T when the walker finally called. She apologized profusely, said T was so quick they didn't realize at first he was gone (!) and this was the first time it had ever happened. She explained she hadn't called earlier, because if they had managed to find him I would have been worried unnecessarily. So. I'm very glad for all you doggie parents whose babies have had 5-star experiences with Spoiled Pooches. I can't help wondering if something bad did happen but you don't know about it, because they didn't want you to worry unnecessarily. And even though T wasn't hurt physically, my heart stops and I feel nauseated every time I think of what horrible things might have happened to him. read more
