I had very extensive surgery and knew I would not be able to walk my baby for a while, luckily the bf found Sheyla. Like most pet parents my world revolves around my lil man and I didn't want him to suffer because I was going to be bed ridden for a while. Nor did we want to leave him at daycare, he always comes home limping or super scratched and bitten. Upon meeting Sheyla, my nerves were immediately put at ease. She arrived on time as scheduled, and they had nice 30 minute walks everyday, a true blessing! Once he even went for an hour group walk with other doggies down by the canals. I absolutely loved my previous dog walker, the Dog Walk King, Patrick. It was hard to find another person that I liked as much. I went through people that didn't walk her according to the schedule or simply forgot (she pooped in my apartment), someone that had a flea infestation (found out when I went to pick her up, at least she had taken her meds), and couples that were periodically available to sit her, but were never fully available or invested. I also didn't like larger services that sent out random people to walk her. I finally found my dog walking/sitting match. I love Sheyla and her mom. The first time I met Sheyla, she came by to meet me in person and meet my dog at no charge. I really appreciated the professionalism and care it took on Sheyla's part to arrange that. Most other walkers wanted to meet my dog on the day of the first walk which was to be scheduled on some website. Sheyla is hands on, loves dogs and has worked with my dog for the past two years around my crazy work and personal travel plans. She always sends me pictures or text updates during long trips (some out of the country). Her mom even washed my dog once to help her bad skin (which worked better then anything I had tried). They also help my dog with her and her aggressiveness with other dogs so she can be more social, although she probably will never be able to go on play dates to the park.
