Stopped by for a Thai Milk Tea and Classic Taro Milk Tea. The young man behind the counter explained everything so well and helped us make our choices. The teas hit the spot! We will be back again!

Super cute tea spot! Lots of options! Very comfy place to sit and chat! The boba is perfect too! Will definitely be back!

Today I stopped by this cute little Vietnamese tea shop that I've been meaning to try out! I love milk tea with boba so I made sure to give them a try this time! I walked into one of the cutest little cafes I've seen in a while! Very picturesque! I was greeted by Mark! He was such a sweetheart and helped me with my drink order. I ordered a coffee milk tea with crystal boba. I'm a sucker for a good milk tea! There are plenty of options for types of boba/toppings as well! I was asked if I wanted regular, light or extra sweet. I chose regular. The cafe was cute, clean, very bright and had plenty of seating. My order came quickly! My drink was good but too sweet! Next time I'll go with light sweetness. Would I go back? Absolutely! I do recommend!

Overall 3/5 The place was very cute! There are tables set up with plants and the furniture looked very clean. It is set up like a place you can sit and do work - like a cafe, but no wifi. So do not bring your laptop with you. I got the taro latte. It was made with green tea. I can tell that it was just powder, the drink was on the sweet side. It did not stand out to me. I got it with grass jelly, which was on the firmer side than I would like. There are definitely better boba places out there. Service was great! Very nice woman checking me out at the register. She also kindly instructed me to mix my drink well before consuming. Otherwise, the drinks were ok. I wouldn't come back. There are plenty of places that had better products and use real ingredients for the same price.

Just to update my review this place because since I've tried a couple other new Boba shops in the area and don't get me wrong they are good BUT not as good as Ding Tea! They recently just got there mochi donuts on the shelf so I had to try one and man it was a new experience for me. I took one bite and my brain couldn't process it crispy on the outside chewy delicious on the inside and a beautiful cotton candy icing coated on top it was definitely a yummy treat just nothing I've had before!

If you love the Ding Tea on Waters Ave in Tampa then you must know that the same owners have opened another location in Brandon!! Yes that's right and it's GORGEOUS!! The owners are beautiful people, both inside and out and I'm soo happy for them on this additional location! I just had to make the drive to show our love and support!! Located in the shopping plaza right off Brandon Blvd and Gornto Blvd. Plenty of parking and love that it's located at a traffic light since the area is soo busy. Ding Tea has the absolute BEST tea around and I've been to plenty of shops! I frequent so much that she knows my order-- matcha latte with almond milk unsweetened with sea cream as well as my daughter's drink the signature milk tea with golden boba. Please support this local tea shop and this beautiful family and come out and get some tea!! You won't be disappointed. Be sure to get a stamp card to earn a free tea. Thank you Ding for always making my day brighter!

I still can't believe we finally have a Ding Tea in Brandon. This is another boba tea shop that I've been wanting to try for a long time, and it's finally here. It's a welcomed addition to this side of Hillsborough County. I honestly don't think Brandon can have too many boba tea shops. Each shop has their own unique drinks and Ding Tea also has their own unique blends. I've visited twice in the last week. The first time was early on a Monday when they were just opening up. It's decorated nicely and with many flower arrangements they've received during their grand opening. I love that they have a display of drink options and toppings. It helps in making choices with different combinations. I decided to go with the popular taro monster boba tea. It comes with black boba but I opted for golden boba since I've never had it before. I also got the sea cream topping for an additional charge. I must have looked like an inexperienced boba drinker because the owner kept telling me to make sure I take a sip at the top before stirring it (or something like that). Now I know I'm a middle aged woman named Karen, and maybe not many of us Karen's drink boba. Hahaha... but that was nice of her to be concerned. Great service! Anyway, the flavors were so wonderful! The golden boba has a slight honey taste to it which I really like. The sea cream just elevated the taro flavor and made it extra creamy. I liked it so much that I went back in the middle of the week to try the grapefruit green tea. As many people know, this isn't a flavor that you see very often and I just had to try it. It was amazing! I think I'm hooked on it now because I've been craving it all day. I can't wait to go back and try more tea. They will also be bringing mochi donuts to Brandon soon. They look pretty and delicious in the pictures. It's also in a great location and easy to get to from Brandon Blvd since there is a traffic light at that intersection. It's in that old Brandon Lakes plaza with Krispy Kreme and Poke Falls. It's hard to miss as you're driving towards Outback Steakhouse. Oh, and I almost forgot. They also have a punch card so make sure you ask for it. I believe it's a buy 10 and get 1 free type of deal. It's so exciting nowadays to have so many options for boba tea lovers in Brandon.

I was heading back home to the WC and saw this spot on the side of the road close to the 75 ramp in Brandon. Thank goodness I did bc this was my best boba experience in the Tampa area. Ding tea is a Taiwanese tea house that promotes 'delicate tea culture'. This shop opened about three weeks ago and it is so cute! I love the decor- selfie worthy walls, beautiful flowers on the counter, a realistic display of their most popular drinks, faux marble tables with comfortable chairs... a nice place to enjoy your drink. We were helped to select our drinks by a very nice woman, she explained some of the menu items and pointed us to some of the popular drinks as recommendations. I selected the Taro Monster Boba Latte with black boba and my Husband went for the Hokkaido Oolong Milk Tea. We were advised to shake them well to blend the goodness. Both were delicious, mine a bit sweeter but not overwhelmingly so. I really enjoyed Ding tea and I think you will too so let's all suport their new location :)

I was in the mood for a nice warm Matcha latte, so I was happy when I found this place in Brandon. The menu: They specialize in cold teas but do have hot tea. They have an extensive menu with flavored tea, milk tea, cold lattes, coffee, yogurt , smoothies etc. They also have toppings like boba and some more interesting like Aloe Vera, Sea Cream and Flan Pudding for only $.75. I really liked that they let you choose your sugar levels. 100% - Normal 70% - Less 50% - Half 30% - Slight 0% - None They also offer food! They have the Korean corn dogs, even the hot Cheetos corn dog. I saw they had a mochinut sign as well, so I'm not sure if they also offered them there. What I ordered: I ended up getting the Jasmine Green Milk Tea with almond milk. Unfortunately it was not good at all and tasted like soap. I really wanted to like it since I paid $7 for it. I definitely feel like I ordered the wrong thing. Super cute decor perfect a photo op. I'm a sucker for a good neon sign so I had to take a pic. I'm down to give this place another try.

The fact the best boba tea shop was just down the street from my house and Im only now finding out about it has me floored! Since discovering Ding Tea, I have been slowly feeding my obsession. My go-to order is: Brown Sugar Monster Boba with cheese foam and 125% sweetness I can't wait to try the mochi donuts cause they have been on my mind for the past few weeks. The location also is perfectly tucked in the plaza near Krispy Kreme. Please support this local tea shop and get some of the best boba in Tampa!

This was such a cute little café. I was in the mood for a coffee, but not any coffee. I wanted the Hokkaido (Caramel) Coffee-iced. I don't think we have that flavor in Texas. What a shame! Oh my goodness, it was so delicious and rich. I added the coffee jelly and it was sweet, but not in a bad way. Normally when I get "boba" added to my coffee or tea it is bland. This was nice to eat. This café was on my way out of Tampa and I appreciate the sweet treat headed back to my destination.

New Ding Tea in the area! I generally find Ding Tea to be a reliable place to get boba, and my recent visit here was no exception. The store was clean and the wall decor was very cute. The owners were friendly and the drinks were made quickly. I got a taro slush and thoroughly enjoyed my drink. The pudding was nice and sweet and the boba was chewy. My only knock on this place is that the price is a bit higher than the other Ding Teas in the area. It was about $15 for just two drinks. Some places you're able to get three drinks for that price!

The flavor was fine but the boba was too soft, not chewy at all and is a sign that it is old.

It's time to update this review again. There have been some really great changes to what was once…read morethe original Token Ramen. There has also been a name change from Token to Miku Ramen. But don't let that fool you into thinking it's under different management. It's the same wonderful team that's always been there. I was happy to see that during my most recent visit. My favorite item here is the Black Garlic Ramen. Honestly, it's my favorite ramen in the area. This time, I decided to deviate. I went with the Mega Pork mainly because of the beautiful picture on the menu. This is such a meaty and tasty dish, although I did miss the black garlic oil. I'd totally get this again with the addition of black garlic. There's something about it that really brings out the seasoned flavors of the egg. The tonkotsu broth is always amazing with or without it. It warms my bones, and especially on a cold winter day. It's also nice that Kung Fu Tea is still the prominent brand here. It's always reliable with consistently good quality ingredients. Their seasonal Pumpkin Oolong Milk Tea is always a winner. So, what has changed? The menu now includes soft or crispy sushi tacos. They have 4 different kinds. I tried the crispy shell with smoked salmon. I LOVE it!! I almost ordered another one, but it would have been too much with the ramen. I can't wait to get it again. I really love that fried maki wrap. It's so light & crunchy. It really does add a good amount of texture to the sushi along with the cucumber. So, I almost got one of the 4 different udons on the menu. It was going to be a toss up between the Kimchi Shrimp and the Black Garlic. Again, it was the beautiful pictures on the menu that lured me in. Ah, but I went with the ramen instead. I will definitely try the udon next time. I was told that the Kimchi Shrimp is very popular. If that's not enough to tempt you, then you must check out the dessert menu. I saw items such as Matcha Cheesecake and Vanilla Crepe Cake that definitely caught my eye. I'm already thinking about my next lunch order. I love the rebranding and the new menu. The service is still great as well as the ambiance in the dining area. It's a place that will always keep me coming back for more. Update: Get the Kimchi Shrimp Udon. It's that Korean inspired udon dish that almost tastes Italian. Absolutely delicious! Freedom & Nevaeh were both so very helpful. Thanks to both!

But then, they kept luring me in with their unique twists of Asian inspired mocktails featuring their premium espresso blends and Naga teas. Now, they have a menu of favorites based off of their customer's preferences as well as an assortment of seasonal cookies and buns from Ngot Baked Goods and Le Moment Patisserie. I discover something new every time. It's become my favorite guilty pleasure when craving boba, coffee, or sweets. My favorites so far are the Pandan Caramel (coffee or tea version), Midnight Taro Storm, Cloud 9, Mango Matcha, Daydream Lychee Espresso, and Mocha Eclipse. I haven't seen the latter one in awhile, and that may be because Black Sesame isn't as popular around here. I can only hope that they bring back more of it. What do I miss from Naga? The croffles!! I've tried them at other places, and they're just not as good as the ones I had at this location. Duo Café keeps changing things up, so maybe it will happen again one day. I also wish for better lids on their boba tea drinks. You can no longer shake them. It has to be stirred in order to mix up the components of the drink. Other than that, it's still one of my favorite places to visit in the Brandon/Valrico area. The service is always great. The drinks are perfect every time. It also happens to be dangerously close to me and way too convenient for that quick stop on the way home. It's a great concept that shouldn't be missed when visiting Valrico.
