My car had gotten into an accident and I had contacted them to get an estimate. I brought the car in, was given some numbers, then eventually went for it due to how good of a deal it was. Josue explained in detail what they would need to do to my car and I fully trusted him. Throughout the process, Yuri kept me up to date letting me know exactly what was happening and when it was happening. She even assisted with the insurance claim and assured me that they would take good care of me. Given the extent of the job, the turn around time was fairly quick in my opinion. They even gave my car a full detail before returning it back to me and I genuinely appreciated it given how my 2 toddler boys left the back seats. The communication they have with customers is top notch, and their quality of work speaks for itself. They are seriously miracle workers! We agreed no deductible and he would fix the scratch in the back for free. He later decided to try and extort more money out of me $1700, even though my insurance paid him $28000 for the damages to my car. He keeps saying he did me a favor, but what favor is that? Not sending in the supplement for the car until 45 days later until after you were 95% done fixing the car? Just so the insurance would have to pay him the money. He's keeping my car until the lease is up. He told me he would release my car to me even if the insurance check doesn't come in yet. But he decided to keep my car until he has the check in his hand. I lifted the hood to find that the oil cap was NEVER REPLACED after the oil change was done. I had oil splashed all over the parts and underneath the padding of the interior hood. I couldn't believe the guy made such a rookie mistake! When I called the shop, to tell them about my problem, no one answered the phone, even though it was 4:50 and they closed at 5. They were closed on Saturday too. I had to wait the whole labor day weekend to go to this shop again. When I went again, the mechanic (older guy) was very defensive and couldn't believe that the oil cap wasn't replaced. I told him I could show him pictures of the damage, but right away he refused to see any. Then he started playing mind games, asking me, "Who cleaned your car?" when the car was visibly dirty. When I used my index finger to wipe the outside of the engine and show him the grim and oil, he told me that the car "was like that before." I told him that it wasn't and told him I took pictures and videos. He then asked me, "what do you want me to do?" How about some accountability? Apology? How about saying that you'll at the least clean the exterior of the engine? I asked him to clean the parts underneath the hood. He told me to COME BACK! He literally told me to come back in 2 or 3 days! Wow. Do you think I would let him touch my car after his unwillingness, deception, and rude behavior? I came to this auto shop because it was highly rated on Yelp, but I could not believe the horrible service that I got. I called another day to ask to speak to the owner, but the mechanic refused to even give me his name. In fact, he lied and said that HE was the owner!!! But I saw the owner on the day I went in for the oil change. Don't come here unless you want a rude, unaccountable jerk to ruin your car.
