Super great guy and business. Our family's Lexus was damaged by a door ding. Our Lexus paint warranty company contacted Mike to come and repair the door ding. From the first initial call, to the visit, Mike was professional and very easy to work with. When Mike showed up, he took the time to clean some bird poop on another door of the vehicle, as we had been much too busy to take care of the car recently. Then Mike diligently removed the door ding and make it look great. Finally i asked Mike if he could fix a dented dryer top that was dented previously and rubbing on the drum. Got a ding in my beloved Lexus and took it to a highly recommended local body shop. The body shop looked at my ding and felt this job would be perfect for Ding Doctor (Mike). Contacted Mike and he got back to me very quickly! Sent photos of the damage and Mike responded with more information about my ding than expected. I was very impressed so we scheduled an appointment at my home. Ding Doctor called ahead of my appointment to let me know he was running a few minutes late. (appointment was the end of the day). When Mike arrived he went to work promptly on repairing my ding. He explained to us what he was doing and we went on about our business while Mike worked on my car. After about an hour we learned some unfortunate news. Mike was unable to completely remove my ding due to the location on the door edge and the varied thicknesses of the door metal.
