I'm not paying the crazy hotel dry cleaning prices just to wash some underwear and t-shirts, so I figured I'd be washing clothes in the hotel bathroom sink. On a whim I called a few places hoping they could do a quick wash and fold for me. This is the one place that picked up and they said they'd do it same day for me. I showed up with my little hotel laundry bag and they said they'd have to charge me for the 10 pound minimum, which is $12.00. That's a pretty damn good price where I come from! I should have brought my whole suitcase there. They said my clothes would be ready by 5, I got an email at 4 and drove over to pick them up. The lady greeted me with a smile and gave me the clothes and off I went. Everything smelled great, socks and t-shirts folded, and I'm super happy with the price.

I recently started coming here over the last two months and have had two issues so far the first…read moreone my order was not ready in time. The second one I received a text the morning my order was supposed to be ready and they stated they had an issue with a machine so my order would not be ready until the following day, which was Monday. Unfortunately, my items that I brought on Friday morning were needed for an event Saturday so therefore I had to actually purchase two all white garments for the event which cost a few hundred dollars. The manager Ariel refused to give me my refund of $10 which I know is not that big of a deal but the issue is you all sent a text saying my order was not ready and therefore are just telling me on a Monday afternoon that my order was actually ready in the text was not supposed to have sent to me. This is very poor customer service and I will not be bringing my business back here. I have included a screenshot of the text that they sent on Saturday and she said it only applied to people who dropped off shirts, my order consisted of one dress and one pair of jeans. Where do you see any mention of shirts that this text only applied to? Super poor customer service.

I brought in a special, white tablecloth my mother-in-law knitted many years ago and it was stained in numerous areas plus had candle wax melted on it. I washed it at my house but no luck. This team was able to get the tablecloth to look as good as new!!! Just wow!! I should've taken photos of the stains to show a before & after photo. The first time I've ever left a tip at a laundromat or dry cleaners! The service was just outstanding. I left a cash tip as I've heard from a few workers at various other businesses that I regularly visit that any tip left by credit card payment may take a long period of time to actually get to the employees. As I think about how much better the tablecloth looks, I need to go back & tip extra...will do so on my next visit when I drop off dry cleaning items. HIGHLY recommend

This is not the way to maintain good customers but only a quick way to lose them. The quality of cleaning has greatly fallen off at this location and due to the owner's lack of concern, it's time to find a new cleaner where my business will be appreciated.

At one point, I had to threaten legal action simply to retrieve a dress that had been in their possession. Even then, it was returned without its original belt. Communication has also been a significant issue, as managers consistently failed to return phone calls or respond to voicemails. Although the staff on-site have been courteous and helpful, the management's lack of accountability and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. I initially chose this business because it promotes itself as an eco-friendly dry cleaner, but unfortunately, my experience has not reflected a commitment to quality care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service--particularly for high-end garments. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative options.
