The second one I received a text the morning my order was supposed to be ready and they stated they had an issue with a machine so my order would not be ready until the following day, which was Monday. Unfortunately, my items that I brought on Friday morning were needed for an event Saturday so therefore I had to actually purchase two all white garments for the event which cost a few hundred dollars. The manager Ariel refused to give me my refund of $10 which I know is not that big of a deal but the issue is you all sent a text saying my order was not ready and therefore are just telling me on a Monday afternoon that my order was actually ready in the text was not supposed to have sent to me. This is very poor customer service and I will not be bringing my business back here. I have included a screenshot of the text that they sent on Saturday and she said it only applied to people who dropped off shirts, my order consisted of one dress and one pair of jeans. Where do you see any mention of shirts that this text only applied to? Super poor customer service.

This place saved the day!…read more I arrived in town from Los Angeles for a wedding. My flight was canceled, so I arrived a day late. My suits were all wrinkled.. I called several places early Saturday morning, the day of the wedding, but every other cleaners came up with excuses. But Tender Touch said "come right now, and we'll do it while you wait". They steamed and pressed not one, but both suits in about 20 minutes! Fast, friendly, excellent service. I'll definitely come back again.

Finally, on a last attempt I found him in the store. He had no memory of any of our conversations and FAILED to resolve the problem. This is not the way to maintain good customers but only a quick way to lose them. The quality of cleaning has greatly fallen off at this location and due to the owner's lack of concern, it's time to find a new cleaner where my business will be appreciated.

I have had multiple items of clothing damaged at this establishment. While I was repeatedly assured…read morethat these items would be replaced, the process has taken months, and in some cases years, with ongoing unmet promises. At one point, I had to threaten legal action simply to retrieve a dress that had been in their possession. Even then, it was returned without its original belt. Communication has also been a significant issue, as managers consistently failed to return phone calls or respond to voicemails. Although the staff on-site have been courteous and helpful, the management's lack of accountability and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. I initially chose this business because it promotes itself as an eco-friendly dry cleaner, but unfortunately, my experience has not reflected a commitment to quality care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service--particularly for high-end garments. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative options.

Good service, poor execution…read more I chose this shop based on its five-star reviews and brought in an off-the-rack men's jacket for fairly standard alterations: sleeves let out, buttons attached to the cuffs, and sides taken in. To their credit, the staff was friendly and professional, communication was timely, and they were willing to address mistakes when I brought them up. Customer service on the front end was solid. Unfortunately, the quality of the tailoring itself was below average. One sleeve was shortened instead of lengthened--opposite of the requested measurement (both sleeves required the same initial adjustment)--which required a return trip and extended the total turnaround time for what should have been basic alterations. On the first return, the interior vent seams were also left unfinished and, although they were completed as part of the rework, the finishing was not as clean as the original seams of the jacket. Even after these corrections, the overall workmanship did not meet expectations. The interior sleeve linings were reattached too long and baggy, bunching inside the sleeve and visibly extending below the cuff unless manually adjusted. For straightforward alterations at a highly rated shop, this was disappointing. While I appreciate the polite service and willingness to make corrections, needing multiple trips for the same jacket--and still not feeling confident in the final result--makes it difficult to recommend this shop for men's tailoring.

I'm not impressed with the fit of my jacket and the pants are a bit too short. Also, I was charged for an alteration which was not performed resulting in having to leave my pants for almost another week. Somehow I was charged even more than the original quote. Lastly, when the tailor was actually there and saw me try on my suit he offered no feedback and really seemed to not care about the fit. On a positive note, they did successfully sew a button correctly on a shirt I brought in.

No one should be treated that way, especially a customer. We were both scared and concerned as to what he was going to do next after screaming and cursing at her. Judy's Tailor Shop does a great job, is affordable and has wonderful customer service. Her and her family would never scream in a customer's face.
