I am a hauler. They called and contracted me for a pick up today. Honestly I think their pricing they quoted the end client is somewhat cheap. So home owners & residents this place does not over charge! They helped me adjust the price slightly because my pickup had 2 and 1/2 hours drive time involved. Yes they will work with both ends contractors and clients. Honestly, they did not make very much from this lead they hired me for. They must make money by volume. I would recommend this company to both junk removal, entrepreneurs and homeowners. Looking to get rid of debris these people will help you. This company paid my invoice on the very same day. This is legit and respectable company to hire or work for. They were very detailed in planning and organization of the total project.

Worst experience I ever had. I made the appointment and got a quote. Very low price. Now I know why. This guy that came did not know what he was doing. He came with a pickup truck an hour late. Anyway they took out the furniture and the scratch my floor. I called and complaint about the incident. Later to find out the guy who did the removal had no liability insurance. I've tried a few junk removal services in the Scottsdale area in the past, but this is by far the best. I scheduled a pickup of my old sofa the evening before. I got the exact price it would take to remove it, including going up three flights of stairs. I scheduled a pickup for the next day. The guy shows up and takes away my sofa. I couldn't ask for more. I didn't even need to call anyone, and the price was clearly shown before scheduling. Also, the price was less than $100 to haul away my entire sofa! This was 1/3rd of the price that I've paid in the past with competitors. I was blown away. So easy to use. I'll never use another junk place again. Trash Warrior is fantastic!

Booking was a bit confusing because I didn't realize I needed to scroll down to find a separate listing for "sectional" as opposed to "sofa", so it ended up costing $35 additional I hadn't planned on, but sometimes that's just how it goes. My recommendation - scroll through the entire list of options before making your selection! Our trash warrior Arnold was quick and effective removing our battered old sectional (pictured). Everyone wore masks. It was super easy and I will most definitely be using Trash Warrior again in the future for any junk removal needs I may have!

This one gave them some trouble as they didn't bring wheel barrels or a lot of buckets or planks to roll on stairs

Had a good experience despite some confusion about what needed removal from my yard. I ended up having to wait over the holiday weekend to get the job finished by another person (Steve was great!) Next time I will be more clear about what needs removal and where it is, in my case I didn't make it clear that there were stairs involved though I did send photos on how to get to the junk which included stairs. There definitely needs to be a category for stairs in the initial online request. I do think the trash warrior model is a good idea and I like being able to just pay upfront for items listed but there's always a chance the price estimation will not match how much the junk weighs and there needs to be more emphasis on how large items are for their initial description request if they expect you to pay up front. Otherwise they should just come by and estimate the payment right there on-site.

I had a ton of broken down cardboard boxes and packing material to dispose of. The process could not have been easier. In the past I've called a service who gives you a quote only after they show up, always late, to some 4 hour window. Then asks for cash. Super dodgy. After moving, I ended up with more trash than expected, and having to leave that night I was forced to leave the trash on the curb along with the furniture that was scheduled to be picked up later that week. Overnight someone had gone through it leaving a huge mess on the sidewalk and I needed someone to pick it up ASAP. The Trash Warriors got us out of a very narrow brush with having more sofas than could ever possibly fit in our living room at one time. The process was simple, the man that came out was polite and all-in-all we will use them again without a doubt. Disclaimer: this review is coming from someone that does not like to complain or take time to write long ass reviews. If there was an option for zero stars that's what I would rate this company. Yesterday I had scheduled a pick up for a couch for 7pm. At 7pm I got a text message from trash warrior Shane Thompson who said he was running late. I was totally ok, it was raining that day, I could be reasonable. Well I expected 15-30 minutes as running late. I followed up at 8:30 pm to follow up for an ETA. Did not hear anything so called at 9pm and spoke with Shane- who stated he was going back to Chula Vista from Carmel Valley. I was in Rancho Bernardo. He said he could turn around to pick up my couch if I wanted or call trash warrior to complain . (In my head I was laughing. Well yeah I paid for a service and absolutely I would be calling ). So he agreed to come back. Then I got a text message 9:30pm saying he was already in Chula Vista and would not be coming. He would come at 6 am the next morning. Here we are the next morning and no one showed up. I called and left a voicemail. The customer service rep called and told me Shane came and could not find my couch, someone must have already picked it up. Wow! After last night it all sounds like Shane does not tell the truth. If he really did not find the couch he had every way to contact me through phone call or text message. I had no contact from Shane at all this morning . There is no excuse for this unacceptable service. read more

These people are scammers. Never give you the pricing and they want to add to the price for everything and by the end, they have charged your account more than what you thought. When you ask for a refund, they want to charge you 10% fee. Do not use their services. read more

Scheduled a pick up for 4/13/21 at 9am to remove a couch, and received an email on 4/10/21 stating my "April 13th junk removal booking was completed" with attached pictures from a completely different job. I then got an email asking for a review of the job completed. After emailing them they said it was a mistake and my appointment was still good and that I would receive a call the morning of the 13th. After 9am came and went with no phone call I called and they told me there was "a mistake" but that they could get someone there by 11am. 1130am come and I receive a call that they would not be able to complete the pick up and they could reschedule for the following day. At this point I cancelled. If your system is disorganized to the point that you are emailing a client saying their future dated booking is already complete and also have the ignorance to send a separate email asking for feedback on the 10th for a service scheduled for the 13th, I would probably reevaluate it. read more

Trash warriors stated that they would have someone at my home by 5pm and no one showed up. I called them and they said they would have them show up by 7pm but again they did not show up. After that I was told that someone would show up in the morning around 9am and they would guarantee that they would be at my home. They were unable to deliver on service. I used the service a couple times. Scheduling an appointment is easy, but they are always running late. Keep this in mind and schedule early and expect them to be hours late. I solved the problem by putting my junk in the driveway and letting them know to "just pick it up ASAP". After that I didn't worry about the junk. Compared to my regular trash service, these guys are great. My regular trash service wanted me to wait weeks before they could pickup the junk. I couldn't wait weeks. These guys picked up my junk within 12 hours of my request. read more

Amazing. I had to get rid of a recliner & old TV. Donating was not an option since hardly anyone does pick ups. I loved that the site was clear about the pricing, just make sure to have photos so that you can upload it into your order. I received a confirmation in about 10 minutes with my receipt. The guys showed up about 10 minutes before my appointment time & everything was gone in about 10 minutes. I would highly recommend & would use them again. read more

There's still much to do around my house due to years of deferred maintenance, but the Santos Hauling team provided a jumpstart to refreshing my house. Not GUARANTEED. Go with LITERALLY anybody else. If you are looking for guaranteed pickup, this is not the company you want to book. Google "large item pickup" and book someone else. A random Craigslist mover with a truck is more trustworthy than this company. We had a flight to make the next day with "guaranteed" pickup (already paid in full - planned weeks in advance). They will refund... but when you are moving, this is not the situation you want to find yourself in. You don't need to keep scrolling through other reviews - literally pick someone else and avoid the headache we experienced. read more

Do not waste your time or money. Services were paid for and agreed upon at 11 am. At 10:58 am, I was informed by the "warrior" that he would not be on site until 3pm because he was coming from Pennsylvania. I was in New Hampshire! Why would they accept this job knowing they had zero intention of making it on time. 3pm became 5pm which became 7pm....8 full hours later. I had to completely reschedule my day resulting in missing a day of work and therefore income. Customer support offered a $37.40 adjustment for the inconvenience and took 3 days to even offer that. So I needed some junk moved and I asked around and people were coming back to me with crazy quotes. But when I called up Trash Warrior we went through what I needed done and how much it would cost. the person on the other end of the line as so polite and patient with me as we went through the quote ...as I am not the World's best when it comes to computers! normally, i do not spend the time on reading or writing reviews. however, trash warrior needs to be recognized. they are expeditious, friendly, knowlegeable, and incredibly cheap. the last is the real reason that i will not even waste my time on finding another junk removal company. you will not be disappointed! read more
