Abysmal. They set us up with someone who ended up having to postpone due to family emergency (which is absolutely understandable), but after that delay, and at our re-scheduled time, ghosted us entirely. We asked the company direct to contact Casey, the assigned person to come retrieve our Cal-King-Size Mattress from the third floor. They said they would get back to us. Hours later, we find they didn't, nor did someone else get sent. We had to do the moving of the mattress ourselves, which nearly had me injured and resulted in a few things getting broken. You guys really need to change your name, if this is the level of service you provide. No 'warrior' ghosts a job they're meant to do. Trash Deserters seems more fitting. Don't waste your time. read more

After moving, I ended up with more trash than expected, and having to leave that night I was forced to leave the trash on the curb along with the furniture that was scheduled to be picked up later that week. Overnight someone had gone through it leaving a huge mess on the sidewalk and I needed someone to pick it up ASAP. Trash warrior arranged for same day pickup, and they actually showed up and completed the job within a few hours, relieving me of so much stress. Highly recommend! read more

This company has great customer service, reasonable prices, and easy scheduling. Stelson and Franco were absolutely awesome! They called when they were in route, picked up my couch and removed it carefully. They were mannerable and very efficient. I will definitely use Trash Warrior again. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I booked this Company to pick up my couch yesterday because I have a new one getting delivered today. They never showed up. Then they said they rescheduled it for today at 8 AM. NEVER SHOWED UP AGAIN. Save your money and go with somebody else! read more

The Trash Warriors got us out of a very narrow brush with having more sofas than could ever possibly fit in our living room at one time. The process was simple, the man that came out was polite and all-in-all we will use them again without a doubt. They disposed of our two piece sectional for a reasonable price with a SAME DAY appointment ON A SUNDAY! I never would have imagined that was possible, but these folks made it happen. read more

Disclaimer: this review is coming from someone that does not like to complain or take time to write long ass reviews. If there was an option for zero stars that's what I would rate this company. Yesterday I had scheduled a pick up for a couch for 7pm. At 7pm I got a text message from trash warrior Shane Thompson who said he was running late. I was totally ok, it was raining that day, I could be reasonable. Well I expected 15-30 minutes as running late. I followed up at 8:30 pm to follow up for an ETA. Did not hear anything so called at 9pm and spoke with Shane- who stated he was going back to Chula Vista from Carmel Valley. I was in Rancho Bernardo. He said he could turn around to pick up my couch if I wanted or call trash warrior to complain . (In my head I was laughing. Well yeah I paid for a service and absolutely I would be calling ). So he agreed to come back. Then I got a text message 9:30pm saying he was already in Chula Vista and would not be coming. He would come at 6 am the next morning. Here we are the next morning and no one showed up. I called and left a voicemail. The customer service rep called and told me Shane came and could not find my couch, someone must have already picked it up. Wow! After last night it all sounds like Shane does not tell the truth. If he really did not find the couch he had every way to contact me through phone call or text message. I had no contact from Shane at all this morning . There is no excuse for this unacceptable service. read more

I had to have an old couch removed so a new one could come in... they gave me a reasonable quote and the guy showed up on time and was very quick about clearing it out. read more

Brinson was fantastic - he arrived early and finished the job in the less than an hour. It was incredibly easy to book online and I appreciate that they are up front with their pricing and that there are no surprises on the day of pick up. I would use Trash Warrior again if I ever need any large items removed, and I highly recommend Brinson! read more

Like many people during a pandemic, I've developed a serious Amazon problem and I can always rely on Trash Warrior to cart my excess boxes away so I don't look like a landfill is forming outside my house. Always on time and everything magically disappears at a reasonable cost. read more

removal of a large freezer. Easy and fast scheduling, reasonable price, punctual - excellent service. read more

Trash Warrior did a great job. Easy to contact and they followed through and picked up our items on time.

Karen was very responsive through text and I received great customer service. Luckily I did not have tight time constraints but my warrior showed up 45 mins late and when he did call my phone he did not even say who he was...just "hey". Off my first experience I would say, make sure you don't have any place to go or be, wasn't very punctual. read more

Arnold, my warrior, was so great! He was polite and professional and got my mattress out in no time at all! The company was able to contact me with support and it overall was a great experience Definitely will recommend this to friends and family! read more

The customer service is good but the people they send are not reliable, the guy that was supposed to come to drop off a container kept switching the day and time on me until I just got tired of waiting and canceled their service read more

Mario was punctual, fast and efficient. He was also a happy person, smiling the whole time. A pleasure!

These people are scammers. Never give you the pricing and they want to add to the price for everything and by the end, they have charged your account more than what you thought. When you ask for a refund, they want to charge you 10% fee. Do not use their services. read more

Scheduled a pick up for 4/13/21 at 9am to remove a couch, and received an email on 4/10/21 stating my "April 13th junk removal booking was completed" with attached pictures from a completely different job. I then got an email asking for a review of the job completed. After emailing them they said it was a mistake and my appointment was still good and that I would receive a call the morning of the 13th. After 9am came and went with no phone call I called and they told me there was "a mistake" but that they could get someone there by 11am. 1130am come and I receive a call that they would not be able to complete the pick up and they could reschedule for the following day. At this point I cancelled. If your system is disorganized to the point that you are emailing a client saying their future dated booking is already complete and also have the ignorance to send a separate email asking for feedback on the 10th for a service scheduled for the 13th, I would probably reevaluate it. read more

They were reliable, reasonably priced, on time and friendly. I recommend Trash Warrior. I have used got junk in the past - the first time I used them they were outrageously expensive but efficient. Because of their efficacy I tried them again. They completely flaked. I was pleased to find in Trash Warrior a reliable and more fairly priced alternative. read more

Trash Warrior to the rescue!!!!!! Moving is so stressful! I called Trash Warrior in the eleventh hour and they came through for me big time. Easy to book -- easy to communicate with -- fair pricing -- no extra fees -- good cleaner workers in a very clean pick up with trailer -- no complaints, no delays -- my junk is gone and I am HAPPY! Thank you Trash Warrior! read more

I've used Trash Warrior at least 3 times and have been happy each time. Service is excellent, turnaround time quick, and cost reasonable

Great service, quick and reliable. They picked up a queen-size box spring and took care of it. Thank you!

Trash warriors stated that they would have someone at my home by 5pm and no one showed up. I called them and they said they would have them show up by 7pm but again they did not show up. After that I was told that someone would show up in the morning around 9am and they would guarantee that they would be at my home. They were unable to deliver on service. Bad service from this company. read more

Amazing and affordable. Arrived early and left the property perfectly. I will be using them often and I work with a ton of furniture.

Quick, inexpensive and showed up when they said they would. Huge help and hot rod of years of junk, trash in a matter of 30 minutes!!!

Great job! Courteous, respectful, flexible! Took care of my big rug I needed to get rid of. Same day service!! Gotta love that. Thank you. read more

Amazing service and very cost effective. Very prompt, no up selling, and really understand what I needed and did it quickly.

I had a great experience with TRASHWARRIOR.COM and will use them again for sure!

Tried a new service other than my usual Junk King. Quick response. Cheaper than junk king.

I used the service a couple times. Scheduling an appointment is easy, but they are always running late. Keep this in mind and schedule early and expect them to be hours late. I solved the problem by putting my junk in the driveway and letting them know to "just pick it up ASAP". After that I didn't worry about the junk. Compared to my regular trash service, these guys are great. My regular trash service wanted me to wait weeks before they could pickup the junk. I couldn't wait weeks. These guys picked up my junk within 12 hours of my request. read more

Amazing. I had to get rid of a recliner & old TV. Donating was not an option since hardly anyone does pick ups. I loved that the site was clear about the pricing, just make sure to have photos so that you can upload it into your order. I received a confirmation in about 10 minutes with my receipt. The guys showed up about 10 minutes before my appointment time & everything was gone in about 10 minutes. I would highly recommend & would use them again. read more
