We get: - baechoo (cabbage) kimchi - yuhlmoo (radish greens) kimchi - ggahkddoogi (turnip cubes) They also sell mahk (cut cabbage) kimchi, baekgimchi (cabbage kimchi in clear juice - think more like sauerkraut with a lot of liquid), and dongchimi (similar to baekgimchi but made with turnips instead of cabbage), but I cut my own baechoo kimchi and make my own baekgimchi and dongchimi. I like that you have the option to get kimchi with and without MSG. I prefer the ones without, but that's up to individual preference. They're not open Sundays, but the quality and price definitely beats the kimchi at Hmart!

Unfortunately, this type of rice paper is available at every asian market so I'm happy Tan Binh has them. They also have a nice section dedicated to ready-to-eat and hot foods. You can grab and go with options like fried fish, tofu, and cooked meats. Customer service is usually pretty friendly. Just like anywhere else, you should check the expiration date of every product before buying. My cousin forgot to do so and bought two boxes of solar dried bananas that were expired. And during the warmer seasons, they set up a nice plant and herb section for sale right outside the entrance.

No bean sprouts, no mint leaves, no shredded cabbage (for my soup) no nothing. The other table was well taken care of and we were Just an afterthought. Never once did they check in on us.
