Always busy. Solid food and beer. We go there for the nachos and other bar food when we are in Dillon.

Overall the beers were good. The samplers were 1.75$ so we picked up a few beers which all were pretty good. During happy hour some of the pints are 3.25$. I made the error and got the chili beer which was the spiciest beer I have ever drank (couldn't get through the pint though as it was like drinking pepper juice). For food we got the bison sausage which was ok, and we got a strange apple flavored coleslaw that was weird tasting. The onion soup though was very delicious. We also got the bread pudding which was good but the smore topping took away from the bread pudding was to sweet and cheap tasting. Atmosphere and service was great. read more

I was most dissatisfied with the lack of service provided at this establishment. With multiple television sets located around the restaurant, I was hoping more than one would have the Avalanche game on. Instead, I saw 4 sets playing a meaningless basketball that no one was particularly into. It wasn't even March Madness. Even after repeatedly and politely asking the wait staff to put the local game on another TV, nothing changed. Combined with the laborious 30-40 minute wait time lead to a less than ideal dining experience. The food was finally served, and I found it lack luster. For the price and quality that this establishment served I cannot recommend you spend you evening here. read more

Great food. Polite staff. Great selection of beer and cocktails. Will definitely go back next time we are in summit county.

Quick summary: Amazing desserts, pretty good food, good atmosphere, high prices. If prices were better we'd go more often.

Literally everything we had was amazing. Chicken fried chicken was the bomb. Cowboy chili dip.

Amazing food and service! They have a good beer and food menu. I had the fried chicken which was delicious and my husband had the philly cheese steak. Both were excellent! Our waiter was also really great. Plenty of parking. read more

A bit of Dillon hospitality and culture. The food is fresh and delicious, and the beer is excellent. We love their fish chowder, the perfect comfort food for a cool evening. read more

They didn't have basic TV sports packages to be able to broadcast regular season NFL games.

I've loved this place for years! Always a great pit stop back from shredding, camping or to wait out I70 traffic. Great beer, food, atmosphere and staff. Great spot to catch the game too. I'm local, but bought a sweatshirt and it is my favorite. I will continue to be a patron for years to come! read more

I think this should be 5 stars as the do average very well. Nothing is bad but other than the chili nothing is really great. Not true I have always had great service - and they have a giant menu. Decent beer. read more

This is a must go stop if you are enjoying the active lifestyle of Summit county. We enjoyed a late lunch after a day of hiking. Their happy hour is definitely a deal worth taking advantage of--select beers are discounted by $2.50 or more a pint. They also advertise that their beef is 100% Angus, that their bison is locally sourced from either Colorado or Wyoming, and their chicken is Red Bird, raised without antibiotics or hormones. Among their beers we sampled their Winter Chili, that is flavored with a variety of chili peppers and comes with a pepper in your pint glass. They also have several IPAs, lagers, and bocks, and their beer flights are generously sized and a good way to taste their beer varietals without without having to rely on a designated driver or Uber ride to get back home. Parking may be challenging during the ski season, and it's tucked in a location that may be tricky without a GPS locator. We have also encountered limited hours during the summer season on Sundays, so make sure to check their hours before trekking down to the Dam. read more

The food was good here. Try the onion soup and then get their brownie for dessert. They have a bunch of beers obviously but also regular cocktails. read more

Always good food for a good value. A oid the ice teas however. Beautiful gardens with open garage doors in the summer

We were driving through and got hungry and said, "hey there's a brewery here, let's have dinner!" Pleasantly surprised! The beers are quite good - I had a Pilsner and a Schwartzbier (yeah I like lagers - sue me) and they were both very smooth and flavorful. We were a bit disappointed by the lager cheese appetizer - the menu description didn't match what was actually available and the cheese (I love cheese) was not to my taste. My wife and I split two of the specialty burgers, the Flying Dutchman and the Caprese. The beef was REALLY good, but I feel that all the specialty stuff on the burgers actually detracted from the awesomeness of the burger itself. Next time I'll get a plain cheeseburger and revel in it. Pork Green Chili is sneaky good. Starts off "meh", then ends with "give me more!" Overall, a very nice place. Plus we sat in the "beer garden" (parking lot) but it was a beautiful evening in the mountains - the parking lot is a fine place to be! read more

If you want delicious cooked food. This is the place to visit while in Silverthorne. After doing some shopping in the Outlets, we came across this delicious restaurant. Staff were friendly and attentive. Even with all the COVID19 restrictions felt clean and safe to sit out in patio to eat. Haven't had such delicious sausage in a while. Enjoy! Definitely worth stopping by. read more

The food was average bar food - the wings were chewy and not meaty. The onion rings on the other hand were crunchy and had a great beer batter taste. Service was slow but steady. We didn't try the beer but heard it was good. read more

Food was fantastic, staff was friendly, but towards the end of our meal our server dropped the ball. Would recommend to grab a bit to eat and drink. The stars are for the chefs! read more

Thought this place was just okay, though you wouldn't know it by how packed it was on a Saturday night. It felt like it could use some updating in terms of decor and we stood up on the second floor while we waited for our table and damn, those tanks they brew beer in were DUSTY. Not exactly what you want to see in a place you're about to eat. I got a pulled pork platter and the pork was pretty disappointing. Very dry. I will say the staff was great, but that was definitely the best part. read more

We Always enjoy coming here. We live a couple hours away so its only when in town for snowboarding we come here, but the food is great, the service is great, price is right. Great variety of beers. I have my favorites but I should be more adventurous. read more

Came here after a great day of snowshoeing. We come here every year. I had a fantastic mushroom, avocado burger. I have to say, the side of fries was a bit small...but maybe that's all I should really be eating. We did not wait at all. I tried the Blonde Ale which was delicious. We will be back next year! read more

We stopped here on our way up to Aspen and I am so glad we have a new place to stop in this town! The Caesar salad may have been the best one I've ever had! My husband really enjoyed the Sweet George's brown beer and his burger. He also took home a growler and so he's very happy. Even Our waitress was extremely nice and helpful. Beer is top notch and as a self proclaimed beer snob that is saying something. Portions of food are extremely large especially the nachos almost obscenely large. Wish they offered a half size or quarter size, felt bad about wasting that much food. read more

I had heard good things about this place and I really wanted to try it out. We walked in the other day and thought it was odd that there were no lights on. The block had just lost power. It's what you expect. It's pretty loud. Food is pretty good but not worth writing home about. Service was friendly but lots of empty water cups and no silverware. Would be best for casual after skiing beer and bar food which is what we went for. read more

Such a delight! Delicious meal and super easy takeout options! They make the entire process seamless and it was super quick! I got a rodeo chicken burger last time and it hit the spot. The fries were also super crispy and I am picky about fries. Every time I head up to Silverthorne I crave the food and drinks from here, so have become a regular when I am in town. When in person the service is always fantastic and when ordering takeout they are speedy with the order. Overall so many options on what to choose - just have an idea of what you want or you may get lost in the menu with so many delicious and amazing options. read more

Visited the place on a Saturday. Place was hopping. 15 min wait, which is usual due to covid situation. Everyone is wearing a mask. Food came quickly. The best bison burger I've had on vacation here. The green Chile is the best I've had outside of New Mexico. The only drawback was the service but the food was good enough to make up for it. We saw our server for ordering food and getting our check. I would have liked another beer. read more

We went here on our first evening for our ski trip in Colorado. Fun brewery/restaurant. We were told a 40 minute wait but it only ended up being a 15 minute wait. I only tried one beer which was their wheat beer and it was crisp and flavorful. We shared the pork poutine as an appetizer which had great seasoning. I had the MoMo burger with onion rings as an entree. The MoMo burger had mushrooms, onions and Monterey jack cheese which provided a savory flavor combination. It looks like they have good happy hour specials so our group will probably be back during our trip. read more

We researched places in Dillon for some good food and Dillon Dam popped up. I really enjoyed their cheeky website and cleverly-titled drinks and entrees. When we arrived around 8, we were surprised to see that it was packed on a Monday. The hostess said it would probably be around 45 minutes for our group of 5, but we were seated in about 15-20 minutes. The upstairs area was only about half full, but I'm sure they don't have their full serving staff on hand for a Monday night. We liked the ambience in the place. It had that rustic brewery vibe while still being rather comfortable. They played great music, like some Chicago-style blues and classic rock. I ordered the superfood salad with salmon and it was delicious. The spinach was dressed nicely and they included a generous portion of almonds and cranberries. I loved the char on the salmon. Nathan T was our waiter and gave us great service throughout the meal. The only part that irked me was that I was charged $2.25 for soda water. In 99% of places, this is considered to be like regular water and there is no charge. It would have been nice to know about the charge ahead of time, especially since I wasn't offered any refills on the glass at any time during the evening. read more

Decided to stop here after snowmobiling all day. Food was delicious and the beer was very tasty. I normally only drink one beer but had to have a second! Needless to say, I left feeling like I was going to pop because I couldn't get enough! Had the pretzel bites, onion rings, and the Philly. Even purchased a glass and coozie for souvenirs to take back to Florida. Thanks to Nate as well for his exceptional service! read more

Better off going to sunshine cafe nearby - brewery is always a 30 min + wait and half the quality of food. Never fails in consistency of not being able to sit. read more

The bar itself isn't anything special, but the wait staff really steps up to the plate, and the brewery was a decent tour. Our bartender, Gabby, was really sweet and attentive. She made sure to mention the 'Ladies Night' specials, and asked if we would be eating (we weren't, but we appreciated the question). The whiskey sour I got was suuuuper affordable, less than 5 bucks! It wasn't something to rave about, necessarily, just a refreshing change. read more

Very mediocre food. Server wasn't very attentive and completely ignored an entrée. All forgivable, but after the restaurant being cold and lack of the little things (pre-bussing, filling sodas, etc.) They only get 2 stars and doubt I will go back. read more
