Every time I go to this mall, I always come here to check out what is new. Today, I just saw that they have a display of Luxury brand bags. It is encased in a small corner before you go to the Men's section. They are pre - loved. Scan the code to learn more about them. The label says "what goes around comes around". The prices are a little bit lower from new ones. They didn't have the brand that I was looking for. But gave me a reason to come here often to check out what they have.

This company is an absolute joke. I bought this bag a couple weeks ago and when I opened it, I noticed it was missing a rivet. When I contacted them about this issue they said they could offer me a 5% discount (which is only about $30). The replacement strap cost $160. Why should I have to pay more money to fix an issue that was not my fault. And why even sell a defective product in the first place. This is an absolute joke of a response and horrible customer service. This company should be ashamed of how they handled this type of issue.

The sales associate in women's fragrance named Sydney is a scary evil rude obnoxious drama queen . I am speaking but have no explanation as to her inconsiderate behavior that I unfortunately experienced a couple of weeks ago. I pray for a pleasant shopping experience each and every time I enter the doors of the Palmdale Mall location.

Small hole to left of tag.

A lot of the stores that used to make it great have closed, and what's left feels limited and outdated. The mall itself looks like it hasn't been updated in years -- the floors, lighting, and restrooms could really use some attention. It also doesn't feel very safe at times, especially in the parking lot during the evening. Security presence is hit or miss, and there are often groups of people just hanging around without shopping. Food court options are okay but not great, and customer service in many of the stores seems tired or short-staffed. It's honestly disappointing, because this used to be one of the main places to shop in the Antelope Valley. Overall, it feels like the mall has lost a lot of its energy. Unless there's a specific store you need to visit, it's probably easier to just shop online or head to a different shopping area.

This is probably my least favorite Target in the Antelope Valley…read more It is conveniently located near the AV Mall and plenty of other businesses, which is helpful, but it's also one of the smallest and busiest Target locations in the area. They often don't have the items I'm looking for like Branch Basics cleaning products or my preferred formula for my baby, and the store usually feels chaotic, crowded, and messy. That said, I still tend to prefer Target over Walmart, even though people swear Walmart is better because it's "cheaper." The staff here are at least nice and approachable, so I do appreciate them for making the experience better whenever I stop by. It may not be my favorite Target, but the location is convenient and the staff have been pleasant.

Absolutely gross, they need employees checking them more often since people are pretty gross. They wouldn't do these things at their homes, I am sure. The first soap dispenser I went to did not work, so went to the next one. It worked. I tried the sink, and it didn't work, so I had to go back to the other sink. It was like musical sinks. The dryer for your hands didn't work, so I used the regular paper towels. When I found my daughter, she informed me they no longer have a maternity section and they haven't for a long time. We were not aware of this. I am not a Target person, but this daughter likes it. I find it expensive, and I am a bargain shopper, so I am not into paying these prices for myself. When we walked in, we noted that the place felt like a ghost town. The Poppy Festival was taking place in town, and we figured perhaps retailers weren't seeing much business. We also noticed the "ambient" music playing was a little louder than you typically find in a store, and this was "honky tonk" Deep South country.. not at all mainstream Country Western which would still be unusual to find in a store like this. Why am I mentioning the music at all? While there I saw other shoppers wincing and talking about the music, and a couple of them actually left saying things like "oh, I just can't anymore" as they were heading for the door. Who the heck makes a decision to blast music, especially a genre that's so specific and polarizing? It was too loud to just ignore. We stayed because we needed to find specific items, but if we were only there to browse we likely would not have stayed. Back to our reason for shopping. We located the chair pads in the back corner of the store after asking for assistance. There was some selection on hand, and we were able to find a style, color and pattern that we liked. A little more expensive than what we were seeing at Macy's online, but this is BB&B and of course, we had our coupons! Not wanting to go to the mall, we got 4 chair pads (there were only 5 in that color) and placed them in our cart. We found a lone suction cup mounted soap container sitting on a shelf that seemed out of place. We never did find a display with more than 1 or a selection, but we know that inventory is tough for everyone. It wasn't exactly what we wanted, but "it will do", and we placed it in our cart. The cashier was very friendly and efficient! Excellent customer service. When we jokingly remarked about the very loud music, she apologized and said a manager had selected the streaming station when he opened the store and they were stuck with it. I hope Mr. Manager is reading this. Overall I still give them 4 stars for having what we needed, it was clean and tidy and everyone was helpful when we asked for assistance. We are happy to have BB&B in town!

I prefer to shop for my groceries in the store. I didn't know if it was just a bad time of the hour or just that night. I'm a usual that has a routine to my step. And I don't like dancing with partner's that have two left feet and can't keep up rhythm with me where everything should flow like a breeze in the wind and like melted butter on toast. I like to walk into a store within the last two hour's expecting to be in and out like Flynn. I gathered everything that I possibly wanted for groceries and took interest on a few gamers memorabilia clothing with the prices marked down. One now these day's can't beat $5.00 to $10.00 dollars being reasonably the price. A Cashier who reminded of myself when I sang and danced to the same tune 12 or 13 year's ago was at her very best at the time of the night. I remembered those long evenings of Closing that came about, but one still tries to put there best foot forward that being the Cashier even when tired. She was polite and asked me all the right questions but almost forgot to ring me up for the gamers memorabilia clothing that I let her know was going to be a separate purchase before hand. When I reminded her, she had just said, "Oh, and rang me up for those items. I was not frustrated with her but the customer prior to me that started a 10 to 15 minute conversation with her over an easy Yes or No question that broke her rhythm just before helping me. After ringing me up for the gamers memorabilia clothing, I took notice that she didn't remove any of the ESA security tags off of the clothing. So, I figured that someone was going to be at the door to check my receipt and remove the ESA security tags off of my clothing. I'm walking towards the exit with my cart of groceries and the gamers memorabilia clothing. And there is this young woman probably a few year's younger than me super obliviously on her cell phone. She's literally holding the cell phone in her face and was fascinated with it. I stopped past her and held up the two receipts for her to look at and she didn't look my way still so preoccupied by her cell phone. She did acknowledge that I was right next her and just said, "I greatly appreciate that... " I could have showed her a blank piece of paper or any kind of receipt and just walked out having robbed the store. I was frustrated with her customer service and had realized still that I had the ESA security tags still on my clothing and had already walked to my vehicle. Putting my best foot forward, I took a deep breath and walked back into the store with all of my purchases. When I came back entering the entrance, the same door greeter was now chit chatting with two of the guards and another associate. I walked up to her specifically and asked if I could have the ESA security tags removed off these pieces of clothing that I purchased. She didn't check my receipt and tell's me, " Oh, I'm so sorry about that. We don't carry the security tag removers up here. The registers only have them. You're going to have to get in line again to have them removed." When she told me that and didn't even offer to escort me so I wouldn't have to wait in line again. I was frustrated because it seemed like what ever she was doing on her cell phone and talking to other associates seemed to be more important than her paycheck for the unsatisfactory customer service that I received. I don't remember his name but I know that he was fully decorated like I would be back in my year's as a Cashier wearing a little red, white, and blue showing his patriotism. This Cashier seemed very approachable and I waited patiently till he had an open window to acknowledge me. He was taking care of another customer. I asked him politely if he could remove the ESA security tags off of the clothing that I had already purchased and was now sitting stale along with my groceries because of the laid back customer service. I told him that I asked the young woman at the door for assistance, but she relayed back to me that I had to go to a Cashier. He saw my frustration and didn't hesitate to remove the ESA security tags off of my clothes. He told me, "Try to have a good rest of your night. Okay," in a soft southern accent voice. It made me feel a little better because he actually cared.
