She found a beautiful formal dress but needed a specific size. Bryant went above and beyond, locating three stores that had the size needed. One of those store being in Burbank. Bryant worked with his management team to confirm the dress was available and placed on hold for us. My mother in law was able to drive to Burbank same day and pick up the dress. We are beyond thankful for the amazing customer service from both Palmdale and Burbank. Thank you Macy's for proving the importance of excellent service!

A lot of the stores that used to make it great have closed, and what's left feels limited and outdated. The mall itself looks like it hasn't been updated in years -- the floors, lighting, and restrooms could really use some attention. It also doesn't feel very safe at times, especially in the parking lot during the evening. Security presence is hit or miss, and there are often groups of people just hanging around without shopping. Food court options are okay but not great, and customer service in many of the stores seems tired or short-staffed. It's honestly disappointing, because this used to be one of the main places to shop in the Antelope Valley. Overall, it feels like the mall has lost a lot of its energy. Unless there's a specific store you need to visit, it's probably easier to just shop online or head to a different shopping area.

I was told the manufacturer computer system was wrong and the product would take 7-10weeks to ship. On Oct. 8. I was contacted by bed bath and beyond that the product would be shipped out on Oct. 20. Then i was contacted on Oct 21 that the order was canceled due to inventory issue. Despite the fact that bed bath and beyond still has the product up on their website to be sold and has an estimated delivery date of 3 weeks. Which wouldn't make sense if my order was canceled because it was "out of stock" After being left on hold for 3.5 hours. A uninformed supervisor told me the computer system is wrong. There is nothing they can do and when the supervisor contacted the manufacturer on Oct 8. They were given wrong information. No accountability. No solution. And was told, as an unhappy customer, the best they could do was issue a refund WITHOUT being able to re-issue the coupon i used/wasted on this purchase.
