I have to say I was very impressed with Nordstrom Rack and will definitely be adding it to my list of places to shop in Jacksonville.

The cashier Monique the worse attitude telling me to call my bank because the purchase wasn't going through. Like how dare her! As if I will be shopping without the Funds. This past July I made another Purchase and the system had a glitch. Can you believe I was charged 75.00 but never received my merchandise? I kept going back into the store to show the transaction was processed and posted and I still didn't get my items the manager Joshua uttered something in Spanish as I go I didn't understand. Super unprofessional as well as the manager Karen another rude lady. She promised to keep my items that were ALREADY PAID FOR IN HER OFFICE AND THEY STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO PUT ALL THE ITEMS THAT DID NOT BELLNG TO THEM BACK ON THE FLOOR FOR SALE. Those managers do not care. I was treated like trash. All they had to do was reboot the stupid register but of course why would Karen know how to use the register as a store manager?

There are no mirrors in personal changing room only in common area. So I stepped out to see the fit of a dress I tried on, came back and my personal clothes along with store pieces were collected without me knowing. I asked around and the employees returned them to me including a shirt that was the wrong size from what I originally picked out. (Which was the only item I ended up wanting to buy). Since it was the wrong size they offered to have the right size delivered to me but not informing me of the additional shipping costs. In the end having my clothes taken and paying more than what I originally planned ruined my first experience shopping here.

I ended up leaving with a furry white coat and a floral romper for $50 total! Apparently everything in the store is under $40?! Their sale rack was also full of cute finds. They carry all your basics like crop tops and jean skirts and shorts. I've seen really cute game day tops from this brand as well (Jags, UF, FSU etc) and will definitely get one next season. They also have all kinds of cute accessories and gifts, it is definitely worth stopping in if you're shopping the Town Center!

Up front! This is one of my favorite places to shop for new shirts at Town Center! For both men and…read morewomen, they offer excellent apparel. But I have to say, they put out such good clothing options that I usually only shop the sales area since it doesn't take long for some of the newer stuff to hit the sales racks. I've purchased four or five shirts here by looking for deals. I wear them all the time. But I also give a ton of credit to sales team here. Todd, Tara, and Macy are three of the best clothing sales reps out there. They look out for the customers, help us find deals, and keep the store exceptionally clean. I will say their prices are similar to Vineyard Vines not far down the street from Southern Tide. But again, ask the staff where the sales area is located and that is a good place to start. But don't hesitate to get a new item if that's what you prefer! It seems they get new clothing to sell here frequently. Our active duty and retired military members will also be happy to hear that this store offers 20 percent discounts on all clothing, to include sales items too. It's great incentive to shop here! This is one of my three favorite stores at Town Center right now! I think it's a great option for people who are looking for deals or just looking for some excellent clothing. Come on by! Recommend: HIGH!

I came in this store on the evening of November 11, around 5pm. The store was organized and clean…read more I was greeted by Debra, who immediately asked about my swim needs. I told her that I was going to Hawaii and needed a simple, classic black swimsuit. She immediately took me to prints. I said that black was what I wanted, so she took me to black. I also said that I was a fan of Bleu|Rod Beattie (sp?) because I had previously purchased a few suits from that line at Swim 'n Sport. Instead of letting me browse, Debra kept inserting her suggestions into my line of view. Some I liked, some I didn't. She continued to take me to the printed suits. I continued to say they weren't my taste. This was starting to get annoying. I finally chose a print to appease her. When I started in the fitting room, I knew immediately which suits were and were not right. With a suit on, I called to her and asked if there was a bottom that fit a bit higher. The other salesclerk (who was standing behind the counter) said I needed to come out to show them what I was wearing. I refused. (Mind you, she wanted me to walk out of the dressing room where I would be exposed to ANYONE walking past outside the store whilst clad in a bikini that was unflattering). She insisted. Again, I refused. At this point, she was annoyed. Needless to say, at this point I was annoyed as well. I tried on a few pieces and all the while Debra continued to show me pieces that I had already browsed (and politely refused). She never truly LISTENED to me and was obviously trying to upsell me at every turn. THIS MADE ME VERY IRRITATED. ***Because they have a no return policy on swimwear, I began to feel like she wanted me to make impulse purchases on pieces that weren't really my style.*** In the end, there was a suit that I very much liked from Skye, but honestly, I just didn't want to purchase anything from this store. The experience was so unpleasant that I decided to go online and purchase the same suit elsewhere.

Their shoes are "cool" and make a style statement. Though I'm not sure my feet can take them! And don't talk to me about those backpacks Van's sells! I desired one badly! Van's isn't a huge by any means, but they just sell good stuff! I am fascinated every time I visit. My friend picked up a nicely designed boonie cover (well, that's what we called them back in my deployment days) and an awesome off white pair shorts. Now, the staff that helped us on this day was one of the best I've experienced in a clothing shop. From enthusiasm, to answering questions, ensuring we get the best discounts, and helping us to sign up for their rewards/app, etc., I was extremely impressed. There is a welcoming atmosphere here and I'd sure enjoy coming back anytime. I really don't think prices at Van's are overly high when compared to other outlets of its type at Town Center. However, if you want better value for your dollars, ask about their discounts on the day you shop here and sign up for the rewards. Van's has been around for a while - it's smaller powerhouse of a store with a lot of "cool" stuff to offer! Give it a visit! Recommend: HIGH
