My husband gave him a call and he liked the sound of him so we set up and appointment to have him come out to our house. He was prompt and so very courteous. He is an extremely polite young man. He did an outstanding job setting up our computer, transferring all of our information from the old to the new. He went above and beyond by helping with my cell phone as well.
