The concrete around it has developed some hairline cracks but nothing unsightly. The pool cover only lasted 7 years, had a new one put on this year. Not their fault, just these covers don't last all that long. The installation that Tim from B&F did was great , on time, on spec and on target. We had good pumps and filters installed so the pool maintenance has been kept to a minimum.

They opened the pool for me last month and I noticed small air bubbles coming from one of the returns, long story short I turned the pool off last night and had several gallons of water shooting up from the skimmer in the deep end and heard a hissing sound. I tried restarting the pool and it took a little more time to clear out the bubbles through the sight glass but it did. I called this morning and stated I would like to have it checked out before something goes really bad. I told the girl on the phone I could make the problem happen, just by turning the pool off and they would see it and hear the issue. I know they are busy we always have to wait a long time. I am not rude, just asking if it is safe to use because they won't look at it for two weeks. I am 7 miles from them and they said two weeks. During the process of building the pool, I had to wait days of ,well he's on vacation, or someone called in sick and so on. This could end up costing thousands to repair. I have spent close to 60 to 70,000 dollars with them I am in Homerglen and they wouldn't even give my family 15 minutes to look at the issue. I think A customer is entitled to at least that. Craig

I was looking to replace an older, leaking Hot Springs tub and already had a good idea of what I wanted, thanks to a previous salesperson, Troy, who was also great to work with. When Troy left, he made sure I was taken care of--Porfirio reached out almost immediately and picked up right where things left off. He was extremely thorough, made sure I fully understood all of my options, and helped confirm that the setup I chose made sense for my daily use. He also recommended the more durable Covermate 1 lifter for my A7D, which has been perfect given how often I use the spa. Not only was Porfirio helpful at the time of purchase, but he stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process up through delivery. One thing that really stood out to me was Porfirio's attention to detail and willingness to go beyond just the sale. While reviewing my electrical setup photos, Porfirio noticed I had an Eaton box and breaker, and recommended switching to Square D, explaining that many customers experience nuisance tripping with Eaton breakers. I later confirmed this was a common issue, but I had no idea beforehand. That insight likely saved my electrician and me a lot of frustration--and probably some money as well! Delivery went smoothly as well. Ashley and his team were very careful and professional while removing my 25-year-old hot tub and setting up the new one. Ashley took the time to thoroughly explain the features and operation of the new spa, which made the transition easy. The only minor hiccup was that the SeaDek wasn't installed until the day of delivery, so I had to wait 24 hours before filling it--but it was no big deal. After delivery, Porfirio still followed up to make sure everything went smoothly and that I was satisfied. I've been extremely happy with our A7D Luxury Bullfrog Spa. It has made a noticeable difference in managing the pain and discomfort I deal with from my injuries. It's something I rely on daily, and it genuinely helps me reset and feel better going into the next day.
