While the delivery team was very respectful of my property and professional, later that day, I noticed a chunk of wood had been chipped off the front leg. I filed a claim with the maintenance plan. The plan denied the claim as they don't cover delivery. I get that. A day or two later, I got a call from my sales associate, checking on our satisfaction with our purchase. I mentioned the damage and she set customer service in motion! Within a few hours, I got a call requesting photos, a call to schedule a technician, and two days later a skilled technician was able to set and glue the missing chunk and then color the edges. I felt like I was being treated like family as it was evident that my satisfaction was the priority. All this was at no additional charge to me! Well done, Penny Mustard!

Only sticking point is that no one called me to let me know. When I called to confirm delivery days later is when I found out. It was very easy to go to the actual store to see the current inventory. Fred was very helpful in selecting a comparable fridge, swapped the items in the computer and the next day I am sitting waiting a few hours before going shopping. I am so sick of eating out! Delivery company they now use is fantastic. They called day of delivery with a window and then called when I was the next stop. Old one out, new one placed where I wanted it, easy peasy.
