DONT DO IT!!!!! I waited 9 months for Chad to do a stage 1 and some bars.. After 8 month of waiting…read morewith little to no communication from Chad I decided to pick up my motorcycle and have someone else do the work. When I picked up my motorcycle from Chad my seat was gone, the speakers from my saddlebags bags are gone and my gas guage is no longer working front Chad draining the tank. Chad left all the covers off of my engine leaving layers of dust and dog hair in my motor. When I pick my motorcycle up Chad put the covers on without cleaning them leaving the dog hair for the next mechanic to deal with. Save your money and your sanity by going to a mechanic who doesn't ignore your calls, texts or emails and understands what integrity means.

Chad, the owner of Headstrong Performance is a highly knowledgeable and trustworthy tech. He…read moreinforms you of what's needed now and possibly down the road. He's extremely detail oriented. Chad has the best work habit a tech can have to ease the mind of the customer, he returns all parts replaced and even keeps the boxes for the new parts he puts on so that you know you're getting exactly what you wanted, ordered and paid for. Chad is friendly and aims to please. My 2008 Harley Dyna Street Bob went in for service of brakes, check an oil leak and a couple of custom add-on items. He also thoughtfully adjusted my front suspension. Honestly, my bike rides be now than it ever has! Oh, and be sure to say Hi to his Frenchie shop dog THOR. He's as friendly as can be. I wholeheartedly recommend Headstrong Performance for all of your Harley, Indian, Chopper and other cruiser style bike maintenance, upgrade and customizaction needs. I won't go to anyone else.

Great customer service. Friendly. I was headed out of town and desperately needed 2 back tires for…read moremy quad. I would've had to go to Sacramento. They had all 4 so I bought them, had them put on at Americas tire.

Came to this business knowing they took over the shop at Carnegie so I felt comfortable coming here…read morefor a simple service (carb tune). I had spoken to a worker there who was very knowledgeable and great with customer service. I told him about what I needed and he told me they would try to work with my carb but if not they would order the one they use and ensure it ran right. He gave me an estimate that I felt was reasonable including the possibility of a new carb from them. Went to drop off the bike and that day a completely different service person took over the drop off which I felt was kind of weird since I had talked to the other individual and pretty much thought he would be working on it. Anyways, I had to explain the issue I had over again and instead of giving me the same price quote the individual gave before he said " what's your budget". Mind you, I just needed the bike to have the carb tuned to stay running which I couldn't achieve myself. It's not like I needed a full engine or top end rebuild I felt that question was pretty inappropriate for a tune. Additionally, he kept trying to upsell me on oil change spark plug (which I had just done myself ) and battery which was not what I was there for. The bike was there for over a month and had issues arise That wasn't an issued prior to me dropping off the bike however conveniently I had to pay for the oil change ($59 for a bike that uses less than a quart of conventional oil ) and spark plug. I agreed to pay just because I wanted to get my bike back the way I dropped it off and didn't want to risk the " we recommended this and you declined" if something happened. I got the bike back and once I was home it was missing screws on the airbox and also the airbox bracket to secure to the frame. This could have been catastrophic to my engine if it came apart and the engine sucked in dirt. I don't want to get anyone in trouble or talk bad about this business because for the most part I feel like they mean well. However, I feel like they need to work on being meticulous and returning the customers bike the way they received it
