I had spoken to a worker there who was very knowledgeable and great with customer service. I told him about what I needed and he told me they would try to work with my carb but if not they would order the one they use and ensure it ran right. He gave me an estimate that I felt was reasonable including the possibility of a new carb from them. Went to drop off the bike and that day a completely different service person took over the drop off which I felt was kind of weird since I had talked to the other individual and pretty much thought he would be working on it. Anyways, I had to explain the issue I had over again and instead of giving me the same price quote the individual gave before he said " what's your budget". Mind you, I just needed the bike to have the carb tuned to stay running which I couldn't achieve myself. It's not like I needed a full engine or top end rebuild I felt that question was pretty inappropriate for a tune. Additionally, he kept trying to upsell me on oil change spark plug (which I had just done myself ) and battery which was not what I was there for. The bike was there for over a month and had issues arise That wasn't an issued prior to me dropping off the bike however conveniently I had to pay for the oil change ($59 for a bike that uses less than a quart of conventional oil ) and spark plug. I agreed to pay just because I wanted to get my bike back the way I dropped it off and didn't want to risk the " we recommended this and you declined" if something happened. I got the bike back and once I was home it was missing screws on the airbox and also the airbox bracket to secure to the frame. This could have been catastrophic to my engine if it came apart and the engine sucked in dirt. I don't want to get anyone in trouble or talk bad about this business because for the most part I feel like they mean well. However, I feel like they need to work on being meticulous and returning the customers bike the way they received it

If you want someone to kiss your azz while purchasing a firearm, I'm sure there's plenty of other stores that will comply and fluff your buns, while charging you an additional 20%. If you want to window shop, they have a website showing you everything they have in stock. You can then watch reviews on YouTube about the firearms you have interest in. Walking in and having an employee show you a bunch of different firearms is wasting everyone's time. The shops and the buyers. The amount of paperwork and background checks to keep everything legal is a nightmare. Sometimes mistakes happen and you might have to wait extra time to receive your firearm. BIG DEAL! The new laws that have been placed over time has made purchasing a firearm extremely difficult. Make sure all your "T's are crossed and i's are dotted." I've been a long time customer 20+ years and yes had issues with time delays and inconveniences. Again this is a firearm store not a shoe store. I'd rather have a stern "buy the book" firearm dealer that will do all the paperwork properly and get me on my way, then someone that will hold my hand and tell me everything will be alright.

I wish more stores are like this in that they are willing to help customers instead of just trying to get money from the customers. The PPT was super fast and you can tell they want to help you get it done quickly. I always show appreciation for stores that don't charge extra with hidden fees because they don't make money on it and their attitude tells me what kind of store it is. Called2arms is a great store in that respect. If this were any closer I'm sure I'll hang out more here.

It was kind of a slow day at the shop when we were there. From start to finish our transaction went very smoothly, with the help of the knowledgeable staff.
