I wish more stores are like this in that they are willing to help customers instead of just trying to get money from the customers. The PPT was super fast and you can tell they want to help you get it done quickly. I always show appreciation for stores that don't charge extra with hidden fees because they don't make money on it and their attitude tells me what kind of store it is. Called2arms is a great store in that respect. If this were any closer I'm sure I'll hang out more here.

What called me back was my cousin wanted to do a PPT transaction. Called2Arms was close to his place and he spoke very highly of this place. It takes more than and hour to visit this shop, but I can see why I would be a repeat customer. When arriving we were warmly greeted by the staff and attended to immediately. It was kind of a slow day at the shop when we were there. From start to finish our transaction went very smoothly, with the help of the knowledgeable staff. I waited the mandatory 10 days to pick up my M&P Shield. When picking that up, I saw another firearm that caught my interest. The S&W 380 Bodyguard. So this review is basically the difference between amazing customer service and someone who just…read moredoesn't care. Earlier this week I went in and was greeted by a man with dark hair, and got help from an employee named Josh. Josh went above and beyond to explain the process and listened to my story with compassion: my grandmother just passed away and left me more items than I expected. I went in knowing they only took silver and gold at the moment, but again, the process was so smooth and Josh was very friendly and professional. Fast forward to today. I went in and saw Josh, who was with another customer, so I decided to go to the blonde woman seated at the counter. No smile, no welcoming energy, and she barely even blinked when I explained my story and commended Josh for doing an excellent job. Not only did she toss my items around as if they were trash, she had the audacity to grab the items I WAS CURRENTLY SORTING THROUGH to check them. I said, in a polite tone, "I would rather hand the pieces to you myself, not to be rude." No one else was in the store and I wasn't taking my time, she was just rushing me. When she finally took the items worth anything, I already knew in my mind I didn't want to do business with her. And when I said I'd rather take it to someone else she gave a snotty "Okay" and didn't even tell me to have a good day. Basic Customer Service. Pawn Shop, McDonald's, JCPenney, wherever you work with people you have to be SOMEWHAT personable. The only reason I would go back is to have Josh assess my items. But the blonde employee put a super bad taste in my mouth. This is the kind of thing that makes or breaks repeat business for me. This place ruined my leather vest. I brought in my vest that I had custom made to have my club…read morepatches sewn on and now regret it. First pickup, the stitch lines were crooked and inconsistent on almost every line, they had sewn a patch much higher than what was laid out, and some edges were already coming loose. I brought it back, showed them everything that was wrong with it and left it to get fixed. After the second pickup, the stitch lines were fixed and looked ok. They did not fix the edges that were coming loose. They lowered the patch that they misplaced but, of course, it left stitch lines. The biggest issue is that my vest has zippered access to the inside of every panel and they disregarded it and sewed through my liner throughout the vest. I couldn't believe it. Now I have a brand new custom ordered vest that has stitch lines from wrong placement, loose edges, and a liner that is sewn to the leather and patches when there's a zippered access made directly to prevent that. Completely unskilled and unprofessional.
