Update: Prior to ordering the tire through this shop, I found a brand new tire on CraigsList for half price. I called the shop to make arrangements to have them install it. It is quite a task to put a rear tire on a shaft-drive bike. Takes at lease an hour. I arrived at the designated time. I had to wait a half hour for the tire tech to show up. He started to disassemble the bike and discovered that he did not have a 28mm wrench to remove the rear axle nut. He tried other wrenches, finally trying a large crescent wrench. At that point I asked him to put the bike back together so I could take it to a shop that deals with Japanese bikes. He agreed that might be the best thing to do. I believe that they are obtaining the correct sized wrench for future use. The shops main business is with Harleys...requiring standard size wrenches! lol read more

Don't waste your time with these guys, I emailed them asking for a quote on tires, with the information they needed. Ok, I get that some people on not up to email response. I attempted to call them since every body says that these guys are legit. Not once,twice, but a total of five phone calls to ask for a quote and all I got was the shine on with a promised return call. I am a veteran and I would like to say I would have liked to have my motorcycle worked on by a veteran owned business or a business that supports veterans. But it takes a certain amount of courtesy and respect to return an email and return calls. I even went out on a limb and walked in there for quote, and left empty handed since the owner was out Update- called me back, after I left about an hour and half, told me to hurry on over because they can only order tires before 3. I brought my bike here to get my tire fix it turn out ok but the next experience i have with this shop is after someone hit my bike . i thought i should give this guys a try again it took more than a few month ls to get it done . All the screws on the throttle are loose and separated apart for about an inch to the control signals so i have to make some adjustments. Carlos promise me to get my battery cover painted after a few months i got a call to pick it up and i thought for that long of a time with a small scratch the paint would be perfect, its not lots of bubbles so I ask them to fix that issue until now they still have it and been ignoring my calls. There are some misunderstanding about the converstion but to ignore my calls and not get my battery cover fix is unacceptable. Came here for the first time yesterday to get my rear tire's tube replaced. By the time I got there, most shops had already been closed for over an hour. Not these guys. Working hard until their jobs were done and still asking a fair price. The guys here were friendly and seemed like the type people I wouldn't mind having a beer with. Very different than other experiences I've had with other auto and motorcycle shops. When they were done replacing the tube and remounting my tire one of the technicians took it out for a little test spin to make sure everything was all good. Looking my bike over, I also noticed that these guys replaced a zip tie I'd been using to hold my belt cover on with an actual bolt. It's little things like that that I appreciate as a customer. These guys are great, work hard and fast, with a friendly, positive attitude. read more

Okay, so just to let everyone know, these guys do more than just replace rubber. .. They're damn good at fixing you two-wheeled baby as well. And do it at a reasonable price, and in a fair amount of time. Best to allow for a couple of days as it is a small shop. It's my 1st time to the shop. I moved over from San Jose and had been looking for a place to take care of my Honda Forza, knowing no shop in this area, I searched Yelp and found this shop. Friendly and professionally, when I first met them I felt they are like good old friends that I can trust and rely on. I failed to return their calls earlier and felt bad about that. But they didn't blame me. They did a good job on my bike service. Danny also showed me how to measure a tire needing replacement with thread marks. I am glad that I found the shop here for my bike needs! It's one of the rare things in life that exceed my expectations. I really haven't decided if I'm going to take them to court, damage to my bike that they will not cop to. I still owe them $120 for installing the tires I provided, I am very willing to pay if they cover the damage to my bike. I have 2 estimate for basically $1,100. And $1,300. They are responsible for at least half the cost to repair and paint my bike in my opinion and my lawyer agrees. *this all came about because they did not have the proper jack for a single side swing arm in which Carlos assured me they could take care of after talking with him on the phone and at the shop. I am not sure if his business partner even knows about this ,it's been 2 weeks since last contact with Carlos. He was ordering a new wind screen for my bike. read more

Mondo and Danny deserve a 5 star rating for the service they provide to the Central Valley area. I bought a used Harley on Craigslist that badly needed new tires. I called Mondo and he got right back to me with a quote that was $200 less than the Harley dealer for the same tires. They had the tires in stock, but if not, they could have ordered them and been there in a day. They were friendly, courteous, honest and gave excellent service. They found a small oil leak on the bike and told me how to fix it. Very knowledgeable and I'll go there again for service. read more

I have drove past this shop many many times and finaly dropped in to get a price on tires for my Harley both front and rear now shopping around and as anyone else knows rear tires are more money for what ever reason. so I told the salesman what size I needed and explaned that I needed the front tire sooner than the back one he looked at their rack and had them both instock that's a good thing yeah . now when he gave me a price for both of them guess what both were the same high price I told him that I could get them cheaper from mail order it did not phase him one bit come on a 170.00 front tire for 260.00discount my ass their sign is mis leading on a good note they probably are cheaper than egales nest but I don't buy my tires from them either guys try j&p cycles I bought from them before and was completely satisfied good luck selling over priced tires at a discount wtf ? read more
