A Professional Review of JM Mobile Tire Service…read more In the evening, I was driving from Lake Berryessa toward Sage Canyon Road when the rear tire on the left side of my car suddenly blew out after hitting a metal screw. I immediately contacted JM Mobile Tire Service and spoke with Michael. From the moment I called, Michael kept me continuously updated on the driver's estimated arrival time, which gave me great peace of mind while I was waiting. Rather than simply canceling my order, the manager found a comparable, slightly better set of tires at no additional cost and scheduled me for an appointment on Friday. When I arrived, another challenge came up because only three of the four tires had arrived. Once again, instead of making excuses, the team stood behind their word and upgraded me to a set of Toyo Proxes tires at no additional cost. It's rare to find a business that consistently puts the customer first, especially when things don't go according to plan. The entire team handled the situation professionally, communicated honestly, and went above and beyond to make things right. Thank you to everyone at the Stockton Pacific Avenue America's Tire.
