Like to shout out Luis and his technician Moe for there speedy and hassle free service. Luis was able to quote me a brake fluid exchange over the phone and also set a date for the service with in a few days. Sowing up was greeted by staff and pointed me to the direction of the service area to get the bike checked in. The staff was friendly and made sure the bike was checked in properly and notified me of any things that needed my attention like lights horns signals ect. The service was quick about 1.5hr I waitied and talked with staff about potential parts and upgrades. They test rode bike and I was on my way. Before I left Luis made sure to check in with me if there was anything else we could do or answer any other question about parts or service. Just finished the Harley riding course this weekend and honestly had a great experience. Dave and Joey were awesome instructors -- patient, knowledgeable, and really good at explaining things in a way that made learning feel comfortable instead of stressful. They kept the class positive, helped build confidence, and made sure everyone understood the skills before moving on. You can tell they actually care about helping people become safe riders, not just pass the test. By the end of the weekend I felt way more confident handling a motorcycle than I expected. This review is for the parts department. One of the best interactions I've had with any parts department of any company in my life. In January, I had having problems with a HD lithium ion battery. I'd taken it to other dealers and they claimed the battery was passing testing. After another failed morning of trying to use it, I took the battery into Eagles Nest fully expecting to just buy another. Payton and Peyton, both guys working the counter and started helping me find a replacement. As they started to ring me up, they talked me into testing the battery. They also called the dealership I bought it from and obtained a copy of the receipt so they could warranty it out. Despite the fact the battery kept showing on the machine as good, the cold amps didn't show as an acceptable range. So they called HD corporate for a technician there, and continued troubleshooting the problem. Eventually, they replaced the battery at no cost to me. They could have taken my money, they could have taken the machines word that the battery was good (as Folsom HD had), they even could have told me to come back with the receipt and then they would take care of it. Not at any point did they stop and take the easy way out. Even now I still only do my parts and service at this dealership no matter how inconvenient the distance because I can trust the staff here. read more

In June 2024, I proudly started my journey as a new rider after completing the Rider Course. A couple of months later, in August 2024, I brought my 2017 Sportster in for a standard 35K service. What should have taken less than a week ended up dragging on for almost a month--an early red flag in what has become a pattern of poor service at Eagle's Nest Harley-Davidson. Fast forward to this year: on May 27, 2025, I dropped off my bike for a routine 40K service and an insurance claim to replace the exhaust. As of today--July 7th, 2025--I still do not have my bike back. I was informed by my adjuster just last week that the quote was only recently finalized. That means my bike sat untouched for five weeks before a quote was even completed. Why did this take so long? Throughout this entire process, it's been nearly impossible to get updates from the service department. Every time I call, I'm bounced around, often unable to reach the technician handling my bike. Even when I ask to speak with the service manager, I'm redirected back to the same point of contact--someone who rarely returns my calls or provides clear answers. This level of customer service is not only unacceptable, it's incredibly frustrating. My partner had plans to purchase a 2025 Low Rider ST but ultimately chose another dealership due to the poor experiences I've consistently had at Eagle's Nest. I understand that my insurance company shares some responsibility in the delay, but the lack of transparency, urgency, and communication from your team is inexcusable. If your location is short on technicians, the right thing to do would have been to proactively inform customers and give them the option to seek service elsewhere instead of letting their bikes sit for weeks with no progress. After this experience, I will not be returning to Eagle's Nest Harley-Davidson. I will gladly travel farther if it means working with a team that values my time and treats my business with respect. Since becoming a rider, every service experience I've had at this dealership has come with month-long delays, whether it's a routine service or a claim-related repair. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because riders deserve better. read more

We recently added another HD motorcycle to our family and are very pleased with our purchase from Eagles Nest HD. Our salesman, Obie, was quick to set up the deal for us. He provided all the information we needed about the process, and we were promptly sent to finance. While there was the usual upselling, we successfully resisted the push for additional coverage and left 35 minutes later. However, I did have one issue: my clothing smelled strongly of smoke afterward. Since we don't smoke, this was quite unpleasant for us. I'm pretty sure the smell came from the closed-door finance experience. I'm curious why the finance representative insisted on keeping the door closed, especially since I had already agreed to purchase the bike. I was anxious to just sign the paperwork and leave, yet I walked away smelling like I had smoked a cigarette. Perhaps the chairs need to be reupholstered? Whatever the reason, THAT experience was not enjoyable. I hope others will not be shut in like that. read more

They serviced my 2012 Road Glide Ultra and within one day my primary was leaking oil (they damaged the gasket re installing it). They came to my house and picked up the bike and repaired that then within three weeks my battery is dead and crapped out so much for their 30 point safety inspection. I called they said as long as the battery reads 12.5 amps, they say it's OK and do no more checking to make sure if the battery is good or going out. I would think that the battery is one of the most important features on the safety list. I'm no expert but they are supposed to be?? When I talked to the service manager, he actually asked me how old my battery was they didn't even look at the damn thing. VERY FUSTRATING. Highly recommend taking the new rider class, here at Eagle Nest HD! From Ron to Tony, to Jason.... I learned so much from mind knowledge to skill knowledge. I found myself on the skills course in the beginning a little nervous, unsure how it was gonna go. Literally by the end of the first day I was feeling good. Second day -I still felt good about the knowledge and skills I have learned. By mid class on the riding course, I was feeling confident, and I just realized how much of the knowledge that I learned in the class - I was truly utilizing on the course as I was riding. My peers in the class which I didn't know any of them and they all had a riding experience- noticed that I was riding with confidence -I was taking the turns like this was not new to me! The skills you learn, will then come second nature- as you apply them as you are riding! You literally can ask any one of these instructors any questions no question is silly they make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this class to anybody- new rider, riders who have been riding and make it legit take the class! Best experience ever! read more
