In the Personnel Lift, ready to drop bean bags in the colored cans! It's harder than it looks.

We had a great time on all the machines. Our 4 year old grandson had a blast and was able to operate every machine (with our minimal help at his height), but that didn't diminish his excitement. There are some drinks and snacks for purchase, a shaded area, and clean restrooms. We will return with the rest of our grandkids soon.

Came here for a different experience and it was a birthday party this time. Everyone is under the big covered picnic thing with tables and they have a lot of space. The attendants were on point. Kids got to do all the things but it's crazy on a Saturday so take note of that. Also looked like football crazy people wearing all of their college stuff out there. Wish the covered area had a big ass fan. Would have made it better with the terrible heat.

My boys had so much fun and enjoyed the machines and the sand box. Better when it's little cooler outside..

Kids loved it. I don't think I saw one tantrum at this place. Possibly when it was time to leave for some folks. This place gives you at least 2 hours which is plenty of time to ride all the vehicles. I will say go earlier or on a slower day. We did and only waited in a longer line on one of our last rides. My kids had a blast and were tired when we got done. I guess it was all the excitement. Not sure how often we will be back because it was a drive for us. However it was worth it and I recommend you take your kids too if you haven't been.

My son loves it here! Been there twice, and it's lovely. I noticed the 2nd time they added more stuff small activity stations and a shade over the playground sand boxes. Love the new improvements! Hoping to see something new next time.

Great time with the grandsons today. They're 2 and 4 and are having a wonderful time. Beautiful weather. Good facilities. Shade. The music is great! Good old rock and roll. Fun without being offensively loud or inappropriate. Lots of family fun here.

With your general admission, you can ride these. If your kiddo is too young to go solo, you can go with. Timed, but unlimited

I can't say I totally dig this place, but my son still enjoyed it. If your little one is into construction vehicles, he or she will enjoy this place. As long as your kiddo meets the height criteria, he or she can drive a skid steer, control an excavator, or drive an UTV. If too short for the ride, no worries, they can still sit on your lap as you control the machine. One admission covers unlimited rides. You'll just need to get back in line to ride again. Other activities include a big sand box with toys and panning for treasures in water (i.e. fossils). My only gripes about these two activities is that the sand box isn't covered from the blistering summer sun and the panning activity is expensive (each bag of sand is about $10-13 [as of June 2023]). Many of the little construction toys are also broken, but the kids didn't care. The staff is generally friendly except for a few that we encountered which were mostly nonchalant. On one particular ride, I noticed that one family got to stay on almost twice as long as I did, which I thought was a bit unfair. The exit is through a gift shop. Bring blindfolds for your kids so you can make it out of there with money left in your pocket (just kidding). They have water fountains and air conditioned restrooms. Tip: Bring an umbrella and hat for shade. Bring your own sun screen. The sand box play area gets really hot for toddlers. Heat stroke is a real danger during the summer.

Having a great time on the digger.

We absolutely love dinosaurs so when we saw this was in town, we got tickets. You can get them…read moreonline but also get them at the door, but if they're busy, you'll need to wait, as you get an entrance time in 30 minute intervals on your tickets purchased ahead of time. They have special pricing for family tickets - minimum of 4 tickets - and those below the age of 3 are free. If you play Jurassic World Alive, there's a special incubator you can get there. This is set up OUTSIDE of Katy Mills Mall... on the parking lot, to be exact. It's fairly obvious and easy to get to. We went with our 2 young kids, ages 3 and almost 7. We watched Jurassic World 2 nights ago to be prepared and the experience largely follows that movie. You're one of the visitors to Isla Nublar and you get a VIP tour that also includes seeing the hatching room and petting baby dinosaurs - namely a parasaurolophus and ankylosaurus (Bumpy). You also see the raptor cage and even sneak past a T-Rex! No Pterosaurs though. We heard there's a chance of jump scares courtesy of Blue, BUT that didn't happen on our tour. I assume it's because our group had a lot of young kids. A bummer (we prepared our kids for any possible ones, but it didn't happen). There is a human in the Blue costume. I felt that part was fairly tame - the fog machine helped set the scene but it was still PG. Maybe even G. Overall, it was pretty fun! For about $20 per person including the discount, it wasn't bad because the animatronics were pretty impressive. Family friendly, though one kid (maybe aged 7-8?) was scared with the T-Rex. Videos and cameras are allowed, just no flash. You get many photo opportunities throughout, staff will help you with photos, and you have a chance to buy the ones you take at the beginning. They have a gift shop where most of the things are overpriced (shirts, plushies). I grabbed a magnet and some postcards. I was also tempted with the posters. The biggest thing is they clearly favor certain dinosaurs over others. My daughter's favorite is stygimoloch but other than him appearing in the tour, he had no merchandise. On the plus side, I didn't fork over $30 for a Stygi plushie or shirt. I also wish there was a jump scare to make it feel completely worth it, but it was still great fun - especially for dinosaur lovers! Got home a few hours later and my 3 year old kept on saying how the dinosaurs were fun. Expect to spend no more than an hour there though.

For example instead of touching dinosaur poop they could have had us touch the dinosaur egg or the baby dinosaurs. The dinosaur eggs should have cracked open when you pushed the button. The price of admission does not justify the experience.

During the party, the assigned table collapsed. The host informed us that, per the manager, guests affected by the incident could receive a complimentary beverage at the concession stand. When I went with a family member to request the drink, we were met with unpleasant and unprofessional behavior. The staff--who appeared to be a group of young employees--told us the drinks had already been "replenished," made dismissive remarks under their breath, exchanged looks, displayed attitude, and were confrontational for no reason. It was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. When I attempted to clarify the situation with additional staff, I was told something completely different. The lack of communication and the disrespectful demeanor from the concession team completely ruined the experience. Despite the nice facility, the customer service was frustrating enough that I left early and will not be returning. A business can have great amenities, but the staff's attitude makes all the difference--unfortunately, that's where this place fell short.

I was there on July 26, 2025 as part of the Katy Pride celebration along with other LGBTQ patrons at the park, plus other young and old parkgoers. Overall, this is a family-friendly waterpark. Everything was in order. I didn't have problem getting there from Houston. Although it was a very long ride, especially stuck in a Saturday commute on Highway 10. I originally saw the map on the computer thinking this was a huge park. But after walking around, this place is quite small to me. The lazy river, aka The Lazy-T, has really short loop. I couldn't get on other rides because there was a weather alert. Everyone had to be off the rides until weather authority cleared the thunderstorm warning. I don't know why they didn't tell us when I bought the ticket or even at the entrance. Speaking of my experience at the entrance, I got stopped for bringing unopened bottled water. Okay fine, I took it back to my car. I saw the dress code requirement poster at the locker wall. I took a picture to make sure my shorts were up to standard. Okay, now that's talk about my bad experience. I had a run-in with an employee who appeared to be a supervisor or lead of some sort because of his attire is very different from other employees. I asked him what was going on and why everyone is evacuating. He told me to "put something on to cover up." Huh? cover up what? I was wearing a Speedo swim shorts for swimmers. I specifically looked at all pictures and descriptions, mine was nothing close to be an undergarment. According to the dress code rules, men have to wear board shorts and women can wear bikini shorts. That's definitely sexual discrimination. I even took the shorts to guest services desk to verify. Both male and female employees agreed that was acceptable. At that time, the only thing came to my mind was that the "supervisor" was discriminating gay Asian male to be at the waterpark. I didn't see another Asian man in the whole park. I really don't want to make a stink about this. Because I really like this waterpark. But I will complaint to the management. I want them to clarify what men can wear to enjoy the park. p.s. According to Tajah R's review, the photo of "David" doesn't look like the "supervisor" I encountered. I wish I took a picture or ask for his name.

My boys loved the train ride and riding on the dinosaurs the most. I like that the place includes both indoor and outdoor stations. The place seems rather small compared to an amusement park like Six Flags, but it's just enough. How about this: #1000, I'm the first one to write a review on it, and one of the great rollercoasters in the country. The Boardwalk Bullet opened in 2007 a few feet from Galveston Bay. It's a woodie, and it's a crazy one. I had heard that the Texas Cyclone was relocated here from Astroworld, that DID NOT happen, these are two very different coasters. From a distance, it looks like it would be a lot of fun. The reality is much greater. First, you're waiting in line, and when the train zips under you, the entire structure shakes. Second, there is a place to put your hat, purse, phone, etc.; loose articles are prohibited. If you're nervous about riding, simply step through the train and leave, although you just lost $6 by doing so. If you do sit down, you're in for a thrill. I rode near the back, but I don't think there's a lot of difference between front and back. The Bullet never slows down from the first drop to the finish. There are three big drops, and they're all gnarly. The big feature, indeed is speed: although it barely goes over 50mph, the turns are tight, the drops are sudden, and you have only a split second to prepare for anything. The Bullet packs a lot into a small space, which makes it more intense than 80mph on a 200-foot drop. Its high noise level increases the excitement level. It's like a smaller version of the Ghost Rider in California's Knott's Berry Farm: smaller, shorter, but the same out-of-control feel. Some coasters are yawners. Others have you say "hey, that was pretty good." The Boardwalk Bullet is one of those that you'll want to ride again and again and again.

I brought up the issue when I passed by the flag dude and he didn't seem like he even had a singular fuck to give. He said "just keep racing" which is pretty hilarious because on their wall in bold font it clearly says NO BUMPING. The party that bumped on me faced 0 consequences by staff because as I said prior they have 0 fucks to give. I understand with go karting there is a risk but no one goes karting and says I hope I get to rammed today! If you are going to have rules maybe try enforcing them? Now I have pretty bad neck and back pain. Do better K1 Speed this is the 1st and last time I will ever visit this dumpster locale.
