This is a ghost kitchen with a variety of "restaurant names" and cuisines to choose from, and they have dozens of locations popping up in the NY metro area, marketing themselves as "a new kind of food hall." Order online, via their app or in person at a kiosk and food takes about 10-30 minutes to be ready depending on the time of day. Food is made to order and ingredients are fresh. Walking into this location kiosks and single non-gender restroom are to the back left, pickup shelves and counter to the back right, and about a dozen seats to the immediate right. We went with a couple of my tried and true options here: - chicken souvlaki and avocado open face pits sandwich from Yasas $14.20: comes with grilled chicken chunks, tomatoes, cucumbers, red pepper, feta, avocado, romaine, hummus, eggplant spread, and crispy shallots, on a warm fluffy pita. Kinda like a Mediterranean flatbread covered with lots of toppings.
