A good scrubbing and Amor All will fix the look. You can buy a trailer off the lot, or have one custom built to your specs. The low price is attractive, and the trailers are well built, oftentimes exceeding quality as compared to some other trailers. All utility trailers have the "A" frame from the front, giving them great stability. You can get the lowest cost trailer and add a pipe top to it for a little more, or add a ramp, the combinations are endless, and won't break the bank. Custom trailers take about 1 to 2 weeks to build. That's a pretty fast turnaround, in my book!

I purchased a new car hauler from here because of the price and knowledge and selection. First let…read moresay that the reason for only 4 stars is because of the staffing. There are only 3 individuals taking care of 20-30 orders. They need more staffing because it took awhile to get all the paperwork done and so forth. However, the products and such kind of make of for the slowness. My trailer was a 10K steel deck 20 foot hauler and it made me a lot of money. And even when I sold it and upgraded, the trailer was still in damn good shape. I highly recommend this place for your trailer needs. Holmes Auto Transport, LLC

However, immediately after taking delivery, I began noticing issues. The passenger-side daytime running light was not functioning from the start. Within about a week, I received a low coolant warning, and after having the vehicle inspected, it was confirmed there is a coolant leak from the oil filter housing. There is also a fault with the active grille shutter that is triggering a check engine light. Given how quickly these issues surfaced after purchase, it's hard not to feel that some of these concerns may have been present prior to delivery. I reached out to the dealership to discuss these issues and was told I would receive a call back, but I never heard from anyone. That lack of follow-up has been the most disappointing part of the experience. I understand used vehicles can come with wear, but communication and support after the sale matter. I would have appreciated at least the opportunity to discuss a resolution.

I've used them for maintenance, brake pads, etc. on my SUV and paid much less than I would have at any Mercedes Benz location. This week, my engine light went on and when I called yesterday, Mr. Atit told me to tighten my gas cap and drive for 10-20 miles before coming in. Sure enough, my gas cap has this exact waning on the outside and after doing as he instructed, the light went off today (and let's hope it stays that way)! It was very kind and admirable of him to save me my time and money. I don't think any other shops in the area would do the same.
