My colleagues must have ordered things that took longer than mine so mine was sitting there not under any sort of heat. I can only presume this was the case. I do have to say, both noodle dishes (Mee Siam & Char Koay Teow) tasted extremely healthy and used fresh ingredients - but that could have been the part that was lacking. I think the really oily and flavorful street food feel was what was missing. But don't get me wrong, both noodle dishes were yum!
