We started with calamari, crispy orange chicken and honey prawns. All of our appetizers were delicious and delivered to the table hot and fresh. My favorite was the Honey Prawns ($7.50) The prawns were encased in a delicious bread coating and deep fried. Almost like a corn dog but much better. When it was time for ordering our entrees one of the owners of the restaurant suggested that I change my order from Sesame Chicken to Mala Chicken ($15.50) with fried rice. ($3.50) Mala Chicken is chicken in a hot numbing sauce. The sauce is made with Sichuanese peppercorn, chili peppers and several spices that are simmered in oil.
