At first glance seems like a very formal place but it's more so the clientele. Food here ain't cheap but they make up for it by having set menus (go with that and you're sorted for the evening) done up with starters, a main course and tea or coffee. Even though its quite an expensive place to come regularly, i suppose you do get what you pay for with the huge variety, authentic taste and customer service. Decor of the restaurant is very humble and does what most Chinese restaurants do without going over the top. Definite must try but taking everything into consideration there's no authentic reason to come back in a major hurry.

The place has a full Chinese menu plus dim sum, and I ordered three dim sums. The flat rice wrap came with abundant amount of BBQ pork stuffing. I do like the wraps being thin and slightly sticky and glutinous. Chicken feet were standard. Shiu mai packed bouncy shrimps and pork stuffing, could use a bit mushroom to add more texture. I think the food is worth4-4.5 stars, but it took quite a while for them to serve all the dishes, and occassionally the staff would have very loud discussions that sound a bit disturbing, so 4 stars.

The staff were great, very attentive, service was excellent and no rushing us out of the place as soon as we were done. The decor is very in keeping with Thai, and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere about it, even though it was busy. Very calm and not too loud, which was lovely. The food is delicious, by far the tastiest chicken satay and curry I've had, I wanted to try it all, I'll definitely be back. Unfortunately I didn't have room for desert, maybe next time!
