I called Plumbing Masters , my phone call was answered by Matt about 9 am. He had three or four calls ahead of me but said he would be here by the end of the day. My upstairs bathroom which is over my kitchen was leaking down over my stove. Even shutting off the water to the house didnt stop the water from coming down over my recent ( and very expensive) kitchen remodel. Matt texted me that he was on his way in mid afternoon and showed up much faster than I has expected. We met on my front porch and as soon as he entered my foyer Matt slipped on shoe coverings, I was very impressed. Matt assessed the situation and went right to work and explained how much this was going to cost. Turns out I needed both my tub and toilet " snaked" since they both didnt share the same draining system and ai needed my toilet upstairs disconnected ans connected as a part of getting my project done. Upon completion of the job Matt explained everything to me , cleaned up and packed away his equipment. I gladly paid him for the project and above and beyond courtesy and effort to remedy my situation. I cannot recommend Matt and Plumbing Masters high enough and will be a customer for life. Thank you again Matt. David Derrick

Vince came out and showed us everything that was needed to make the change and provided a detailed estimate. Unfortunately, circumstances changed, and we couldn't move forward. I still think it's BS that they would do any work without giving an estimate first but at least the customer service was decent. They offered to refund but since they did the work we don't feel right taking the refund. We just would have appreciated being asked for approval to do the work in the first place. We asked Rays and Sons to come out for an estimate. They came out. Said they'd be back in a week. In that time we NEVER got an estimate so we thought they were coming back to look into it further/troubleshoot a problem and then give an estimate. Nope. They came back out (again, never gave an estimate), did some minor work that looked more like troubleshooting to find out what the work was going to be and then give an estimate. Instead we were hit with a $400 bill for barely any work! Absolutely ridiculous. No way in hell we will ever use them again. This is the second time we've called them for something. The first time seemed pricey but it was work we needed done immediately and didn't have time to look around for a better option. Listen to me when I say take the time and find someone else!
