I was required to pay a 50/% deposit the first week of September. It is now the first week of November and I still do not have the new part! There have been numerous excuses and unkept promises for status calls, most recently from Fletcher owner. BTW other smaller household plumbing issues have required return visits to properly resolve.

I had the opporrunity in February of 26 after a two week long freeze…read more I have a 175 year old house in Clayron, due to the cold i had plumbing issues thinking my pipes froze in my upstairs. I called Plumbing Masters , my phone call was answered by Matt about 9 am. He had three or four calls ahead of me but said he would be here by the end of the day. My upstairs bathroom which is over my kitchen was leaking down over my stove. Even shutting off the water to the house didnt stop the water from coming down over my recent ( and very expensive) kitchen remodel. Matt texted me that he was on his way in mid afternoon and showed up much faster than I has expected. So when it came time to replace the furnace because parts were getting hard to find we called Fletchers. Now mind you the furnace quit on us I called they had someone out that day to look at it. Made a recommendation to replace it. They were out the next day with a new furnace. The installers were prompt, and very personable. We have a very hyper dog. Both installers were never bothered by him and actually made friends quick. They made quick work of the install. But there was an issue with how the old furnace was wired. They called in one of there specialist and had the problem figured out in No time. Fixed it all up and had the heat up and running. I can't thank them enough for the hard work and quickness. He gave me a completely different assessment of the issue and asked me to shutdown the system so the house didn't catch fire or we didn't die of carbon monoxide poison! He then offered to run out and get some space heaters. We had Fletchers come out the next day and give us a price and do the install of a new system. If it weren't for their experienced and caring employees our house could have caught fire or we would have been ill/died from Carbon Monoxide poisoning!
