Service was terrible, girl was apparently training but had a terrible attitude towards us for no reason and the food came out cold after waiting 30 minutes for some frozen onion rings that was and up charge and fries that was still frozen together and the wings had a good flavor but was cold like they had been sitting on the counter for 20 of the 30 minutes we waited! Horrible service. Had to wait 30 minutes just to get a soda because the water I ordered came out carbonated and the server (Nicole) wouldn't come check on us. By the time our food finally came out the wings were cold and the fries stuck together from being frozen prior. The only time the server checked on us was when she brought us our food or drinks (and even that seemed like a stretch). My husband stopped by to pick up a few different types of boneless wings: Pirate Sauce, Ragin Cagin, Redneck, Jamaican Jerk, Buffalo (bone in). I took a point off because they didn't include the Black and Bleu fries that we had paid for. However, the chicken itself was fantastic! If you're unsure of what type of sauce to get, I highly recommend the Pirate Sauce. It's the most perfect melange of spicy, sweet and tangy. I usually don't care for sweet and spicy because often times the sweetness overpowers everything else and you're left with something bordering on dessert. But this (pirate sauce) was superb! However I was pleasantly surprised and found the service good and the wings good. The hot sauce had a backend kick and if you like hot order the wings sauces and your lips will burn. I and my family really wanted to love the place. 2 hamburgers so overcooked they where burnt on the out side and dry as dirt on the inside. 2 chicken sandwiches again so over cooked it is burnt black on the outside dry as dirt on the inside. all 4 of these orderes had the fries, spongey and bland is all I can say. 1 order of a philly chicken wrap again chicken breast so over cooked that it was dry and the veggies where so over cooked they where mush and black and you couldn't tell the difference between the onions, peppers or mushrooms. with this order we got the onion rings, don't do it !!!! Inside the onion was runny mush outside was like eating rubber. they where not eaten after 2 people took the first bit. 1 order of boneless wings was chicken breast cut into chucks and again so over cooked that the dogs barely ate it. after waiting a tad bit over an hour and spending $75.00, none of use could finish anything. Will not visit again. I ordered a five chicken tender plate came with waffle fries and three pieces of celery. I also ordered a large sweet tea. $21+ and with tip it was an even $25. The same meal ax Zaxby's (same portion size as well) was $13.45 today. Over $10 cheaper and tasted just as good. Very disappointed. The waitress obviously had no idea what was on their menu. We ordered burgers with no bun but instead on a bed of lettuce, which was on the menu. She brought us burgers on a plate with a piece of lettuce garnish which was not what we ordered from the menu. Drinks were not refilled despite her being at the table near us. There was also no open at the door to greet you when you arrived. And the plastic table wear was a joke when I tried to cut my raw "grilled" onion. Definitely would not recommend. read more

I drove past this place a couple dozen times on my weekly drive between Byron and Brunswick. Finally, on game day Saturday, I decided to grab some wings for the road. Ultimately, it was just ok. Not bad, not good, just an average experience. The bourbon wings were pretty good. The Caribbean gold were nothing special and lacked quality seasoning. They just tasted like plain old fried wings. The southwestern egg rolls may have been the best thing I had, but considering they were an afterthought and my main goal was wings, this was somewhat of a disappointment. Food and atmosphere is fine, but I find it ridiculous that if you order 10 wings, you can only get the. In one flavor... no half and half. Just came in there for lunch. I wish I got the waitress's name. She was horrible. The place was dirty, she did not clean any of her tables. There was only one table in the whole restaurant and she is not even capable of handling more than one table. She had an attitude when we asked to speak to the manager and at first purposely ignored me. She had an attitude throughout the whole thing. She should be fired, and serving and customer service is clearing not her strong suit. She did not apologize to us not one time either, which is common sense to do when a customer is unhappy. read more

Manager Bridget needs an attitude adjustment. Especially when the staff charges for items not received and customer requests a refund after trying to phone in regarding the error but gets a busy signal many many times for half an hour. There is no excuse for the attitude my daughter received from her tonight. An adult giving an attitude to a 16 when the 16 year old was merely requesting a refund for items not received. Stopped here while traveling home from the beach. We won't make that mistake again. A simple order of wings with a side for three people. We were there for one hour. The restaurant wasn't busy, they are just slow. Our waiter was a nice young man, but never stopped back to tell us when our food would be out, never stopped to see if our food was all right once we finally got it. I have to say, the food was very good, for the most part. The wings, though small,were delicious, as were the steak fries. The onion rings were terrible, way overcooked. And the few pieces of vegetables that came along side the wings appeared to have been cut up a few days ago. I have been here one time and ordered a hamburger which was a mistake. What arrived to my table did not look or taste like a hamburger. Our waitress was very attentive. This would be a good teenager hang out place with the sports bar feel and multiple tv's. I will try it again but will never order a hamburger again. read more

Our first time eating here. We had been told by several people that the food was not good & it was very expensive. I'm not sure what our friends had or how much, our food was wonderful and we ate a lot and it was still not very much. The mixed drinks are a little weak but I will definitely be back.
