I never received an email back, simply a change in my order status. Another two weeks later I emailed AGAIN asking when I could expect my order to ship (it was still listed as "processing"). I received no reply at all. Finally, two days ago, I emailed for a third time, asking for a full refund, that I no longer wished to order said corset. I received a timely response to this email, along with a full refund. The email simply stated they were waiting for a shipment. Why could they not tell me that in my previous emails? If this is how the store runs, they need to make that known on their website! Do not order from here unless you have two-three months to wait for a shipment to arrive!

The store was very very uncooperative about giving me the difference back and I had to fight with the store and their management staff. The store gave me false information as to the manager's name and even had a fellow staff member impersonate the district manager on the telephone. This is disgusting customer service and I absolutely will NEVER shop in this location again. I eventually did get my $20 back but was still shorted the tax difference and treated without appreciation for my business. Very poor...foot locker. You lost a customer and I hope who ever reads this changes their mind about shopping with them as well.
