She says absolutely nothing I pay and she just folds up the garment and puts it in front of me with the receipt on top. I had to exchange some pants I bought online on 12/4/17 and the representative (Dallas) and the manager on duty (Emily) provided excellent service helping me to find the correct pants and ordering them online. Emily stayed with me throughout the entire transaction and made sure that I got to see how each color of the pants I wanted actually looked before ordering the size I needed. Very professional and friendly and was patient with me with all the questions I had regarding the different style of pants. Would recommend this store to anyone!

The cashier saw me waiting and refused to assist me until a coworker told her to. She then questioned why her coworkers couldn't check me out instead. Had me standing not trying to help check me out. attitude was unnecessary, disrespectful, and honestly made me feel singled out. I'm not sure what her issue was, but customers should NEVER be made to feel unwelcome when they're simply trying to make a purchase. They have lots of employees fixing and organizing the clothing, or to help with any questions. I have been shopping at Uniqlo for a long time and most of the clothing I have purchased there maintains strength and durability no matter how many times you wash or dry clean them. I do wish there were more locations, but then again not so much bc I'll be broke. I do like their heattech collection, it does keep me warm during colder months. They also offer free alterations depending on what you need done and if it meets the price threshold. I forgot the minimum, but I don't think it was much. If not they charge around $5 or so. This is the closest location in the Pasadena/Annapolis area. They also have a few other locations in Bethesda, Montgomery Mall, and D.C. I'm sure there are more and I've heard there will be a new location in Annapolis Mall. Their clothing can be pricey, depending what you buy. However they do have sales throughout the year and you can get many pieces at a low price. Overall, the Columbia location has a wide variety, but one of their small stores. The location on 5th Ave, NY is by far their largest store.

Very disrespectful to all the customers not to notify them. Basically, Re-scheduling was a logistical nightmare since they were booked up probably due to the incompetence of employees calling out on a whim and my husband got an appt sooner. He asked about my son getting moved up since, by this time we were cutting it close for the date. He said they refused to accommodate and said they would call us. No phone call. After calling about ten times myself, he stopped by with my son and again, the Nordstrom employee tried to assist in finding the Indo employee but she refused to come out of the store room and hid. They advised my husband to go to the Bethesda location which we are now scheduled to do. I can't believe we have six men getting suits from here- that's about $3600.00. My husband and I are paying for four-$2400.00 and they are hiding in a store room. That's so unprofessional and disrespectful of our time. Very poor training.
