The store is pretty well organized. I didn't make a purchase however, I did get fitted for a bra. I have to say that the service was above and beyond expected. The woman who assisted me was very kind and patient. She made great suggestions. I did end up placing an order online last night but, I will be returning to the store for pickup and more shopping. read more

Another great experience today...there were several items that I needed to exchange for size. However, none of the items were available in store in the size needed. The wonderful sales person took the time to return each item and then reorder each item in the correct size. The correct sized item will be shipped to my home (just like my original order). The sales person also took action to reorder the correct sized items after adjusting the price of the newly ordered items to match the original sale price that was paid. Top tier service in a clean store. What else could a shopper need/want. The added bonus is that the female sales staff never makes me feel feel uncomfortable, at all, as the only male in the store. read more

I have only shopped at this Lane Bryant location due the convenience of all my shopping needs, i.e., getting groceries & gas from the Sam's club, a few treats from Big Lots, garden care products from Loews, latest games & info. for future games from the Game Stop store...it's my one-stop shopping area! Ok...But back to LB, I feel right at home shopping here because of the safe location, the employees are always inviting and extremely helpful with anything I've ever needed. My last experience, I was specifically looking for a red t-shirt, (I didn't find one ) but the amazing LB sales lady found a really cute red babydoll styled blouse that was perfect and for the same sale price that their t-shirt promotion was for for that week! I bought another t-shirt along with my red babydoll blouse and I had LB points...that I didn't know I had and my total came to $1.33! Yaaay me! I posted the Lane Bryant pics of what I purchased! Today I went shopping with my 76 year old mother which is usually not my happiest task, but she was desperate for a pair of pants and it's the least I can do to help her. The store was really clean and organized, and we felt safe with obvious Covid guidelines in place. The staff couldn't have been more than helpful and incredibly friendly. I can't say enough good about them. I recently underwent gastric bypass surgery and have lost a lot of weight. When we were checking out the clerk also told me that they can help me pick new clothes and fit me properly for bras when I'm ready. That, to me, is above and beyond wonderful that they offer this service because I have no clue what size I al right now. I'll absolutely be back when I lose a little more weight and need spring and summer clothes. I wish I had gotten the names of the two staff members who helped us out because they truly were extraordinary. read more

So... First of all, this store smells like feet. Let's get that out of the way. I go in to return a bra that I originally purchased for my daughter. I didn't have my receipt but I explained to the sales associate that it had been purchased with my LB card. So she says well that's fine but it'll take a while to look up because we're a little busy. So I looked around the empty store and saw myself and two associates including herself putting clothes on hangers to be put on the floor. So seeing the look on my face, the story changed to her having to go in the back and pull some log for the date of the transaction. So again, I volunteered to help by looking up the date on my statement. Again I was told they were "busy". Is assisting customers not part of your job?? Especially when you have nothing but time to do it. Get the hell out of here. LB Corp, screen your employees better. read more
