Listen, this store is horrible! I ran into Madrag to grab a tank top for my trip, but really wished I had gone somewhere else. I couldn't get out of the store fast enough. The store is really poorly kept. The floors are worn and dirty, the racks are too close together and the back of the store is basically an empty shell. I am not sure what has happened to this store, as it was not in such poor condition when it first opened. There were four people working on the Wednesday when I went. Two were friendly while the other two stood in the middle of the store gossiping about customers, standing right in the way of the one rack that I came to the store from. When I tried to navigate around them, they acted as if I was inconveniencing them! One customer was on the phone screaming at her daughter. Another customer had her toddler son in the store who was also screaming. Needless to say, I got the tank top that I was searching for and exited the store immediately. read more

I used to love this store - for years, I'd go in and spent about $300 each season to update my wardrobe. The old manager there was always kind and would help me pick out my outfits and such. I am always a good customer who puts my clothes back after I try them on. Tonight, I got there at 8 pm and walked to ask to try on some clothing by 8:20. The girl behind the register shook her said and said No, that I missed my window. Um, excuse me? They don't even close for another 40 minutes. Obviously any clothes that I wasn't going to purchase, I would have put back. She said that they don't let people try on clothes after 8 pm anymore. That seriously has *NEVER* been a problem for me, and I was here a few days after Christmas. She tried to say that this is a rule that has been in place "for a long time now." I am very upset considering I drove 40 minutes to get here and I leave for vacation tomorrow. Out of the 7 years I have been coming here, never ONE TIME, have they told me that I "missed my window" to try clothing on. I don't know why I continue to shop there anyways, because the clothes prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. I have some dresses and pants from when I first started shopping there years ago that have last, but the clothes that I have gotten since the pandemic have all torn or lost buttons, etc. Not only that, the clothes are made with hormone disrupting chemicals. I am not the only woman who has had issues with missing a period here and there when wearing nothing but their clothes for a couple weeks... so ladies, beware! Always wash these clothes a couple times before wearing them. The hormone disrupting stuff isn't new information, plenty of articles have been written about SHEIN, another store that has extremely cheap clothing for lower prices. Even know the above issues, I still would have supported this store for the cute outfits at a brick and mortar store because online shopping is even worse for the environment with all the packaging/waste. With my body type, I always need to try outfits on because I have a very small chest and very large hips and I'm constantly yo-yoing weight. I'm very disappointed that the customer service has tanked. What store doesn't want to make $300 in sales? read more

I am giving this store a 1 star review because I arrived at the store at 6pm during the COVID pandemic and they close at 7pm. At 610pm an employee came outside and said we had to leave the line because they stop letting people come in at 615pm and there was only 3 people in front of us. The store closes at 7 so arriving an hour before should have guaranteed me to be able to go into store. read more

I love this store because they have THE cutest clothes that are usually very affordable. Unfortunately, this store is starting to go down. Many empty racks with others out of season. They rarely had any jewelry. The other problem is that their clothes never have the size on the collar tag or the hanger. You literally have to reach inside the garment to find the tag with the product info on it to get the size. That can become tedious and annoying. The customer service was okay. The mall next to it is closing so the place has a dreary feel. Lastly the music was way too loud. I do love music while shopping but when it's so loud you can't concentrate on what you're looking for it's a problem. I left the store after 20mins looking for something only to find nothing. I love the store so I'll just have to find a better location. read more
