I received a timely response to this email, along with a full refund. The email simply stated they were waiting for a shipment. Why could they not tell me that in my previous emails? This is disgusting customer service and I absolutely will NEVER shop in this location again. I eventually did get my $20 back but was still shorted the tax difference and treated without appreciation for my business. Very poor...foot locker. I had a chat with a customer service representative and they said the only thing I could do would be to take them back to the store. Ordinarily that would not be a problem but due to Covid and not being able to drive it makes it twice as difficult. I don't understand why they just couldn't have sent a gift card or did an online order with a gift card to be delivered to me for a pack of socks. It's very frustrating when you spend all that money and that's what you're told.

We contacted Boscov's customer service and we received authorization to get a new table. The instruction booklet was incorrect, some of the holes in certain pieces of the table were not aligned, the table top was damaged and with all of that, we kept trying to put it together because we loved our first table. After completing the assembly process, we realized one of the legs was shorter than the others so the table is not balanced. Besides the frustration (and annoyance) of having a table infested with bugs, we had to put together ANOTHER table that was damaged!! The price of this table was too much to have to deal with this!! We could have gone to a discount store and potentially had a better experience! We are beyond frustrated!!! I hope their customer service team does the right thing and makes this right for us.
