But I was determined to find a pair in a size 7 in a color I liked, as I could only initially find pale orange (blech).... It seemed as it got closer to Christmas it was becoming more futile, and some websites seemed sketchy/scam-ish. But I kept looking, and turned off the location. After a few weeks of searching I found this pair on Falls Road, and I check reviews (seemed legit). Pushed to order button and crossed my fingers. This is Baltimore and I live in California. They shipped out within the first work-day of the week (maybe the Tuesday after Christmas). It took a little longer than a week with New Years, but arrived still quickly with holidays. They are perfect! They fit and feel perfect out of the box, and I'm so happy with my purchase! I'm also happy to support a small business! So glad I did a deep dive search and if I'm ever in the neighborhood I'd definitely stop in. Thank you for the great service! I knew there was a pair out there in the world with my name on it.

Very high end, but well worth the investment. She also offers an assortment of stylish clothing, hand-made custom jewelry, and accessories. I purchased a great pair of Lucchese boots -- with side zippers, mind you. No more fighting with the boot straps just to get them on, or tugging on the heel and toe to get them off. Simply unzip and slide your foot into these extremely comfortable boots. And that works well for me, considering my seriously damaged left foot and ankle. MSRP was $695, but Lisa made me a great deal. I saved a hundred bucks on these fine boots. Take care you don't miss her shop. It's small and it's tucked away amid a bevy of other boutique shops on East Patrick street. And finding parking can be a challenge. But if you've got an adventuresome nature and a willing spirit, I think you're going to like this great little shop.

I mainly was going for my daughter who suffers from foot pain and I also have some issues I thought they could help me with. I intended to just purchase some insole arch supports or shoes and be on our way, but A.J. showed us The Good Feet 3-Step System. He took foot prints and measured our feet, "walked" us through the three steps by having us try the strengthener arch supports, the maintainer supports, and the relaxer supports. We were able to walk around the store to try all three and see how they felt. They felt great! We both felt our balance was better and the products seemed to be great quality and personally fit for our feet. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford the 3-Step System for both of us. In fact, I was shocked at the price which was well over $3,000. I asked how much the kit would be for just my daughter and I would forego buying anything for myself. It was still about $1,300. Usually this would be the awkward part, especially since A.J. went to speak to his manager about the cost and came back trying to negotiate. I told him I appreciated his help because I really did. He had just spent almost an hour with us and was very helpful and professional. I was not impressed with the cost of the kit, but I was incredibly impressed with how he handled me saying no. He didn't try to keep pitching the product or talk up the credit financing they have available. He was extremely professional and understanding that I simply could not afford such a large expense. The way he handled the situation and was kind about it..........five-star customer service right there. I did get his card and brochure in case my situation changes, but for now I at least wanted to give a shout out to A.J. for being such a good salesperson and even better human.

There are very, very few people who would be able to put out such a sum of money even with financing If nothing more consider the amount of people with such pain and would love to walk normal but at those prices there is no way to afford such an investment. Store worker man walks right by me, no greeting, no I'll be right with you. I waited for other customer to leave and the worker comes over to me. I had sandals on, no gym socks. I explained the plantars situation. He asked if I had gym socks that I would need to try on shoes, at which time I looked at the box of nylon slip ons on the floor. I asked him, if they didnt have a gym sock throw away like Nike. Worker Says to me, they are Nike; to which I retorted, well you're charging just as much as Nike. End of interaction. No thank you. Rude sales person. Snarky and inattentive. Sad, because I'd prefer to support local businesses rather than mail order. I cant help to wonder why a box of nylon socks were sitting in the store, but I was told I needed a full gym sock. Keep in mind, the worker never asked me if I was looking for a shoe or a sneaker.
