I never received an email back, simply a change in my order status. Another two weeks later I emailed AGAIN asking when I could expect my order to ship (it was still listed as "processing"). I received no reply at all. Finally, two days ago, I emailed for a third time, asking for a full refund, that I no longer wished to order said corset. I received a timely response to this email, along with a full refund. The email simply stated they were waiting for a shipment. Why could they not tell me that in my previous emails? If this is how the store runs, they need to make that known on their website! Do not order from here unless you have two-three months to wait for a shipment to arrive!

I had a chat with a customer service representative and they said the only thing I could do would be to take them back to the store. Ordinarily that would not be a problem but due to Covid and not being able to drive it makes it twice as difficult. I don't understand why they just couldn't have sent a gift card or did an online order with a gift card to be delivered to me for a pack of socks. It's very frustrating when you spend all that money and that's what you're told.
