On Monday Dec 15, without ever, contacting me again, they sent an email saying they were dropping the investigation because I had not contacted them again. I contacted customer service again & told the agent I had not received my order, & if they could not locate the order to issue a refund. He claimed to have no record of my initial complaint. He said he needed 3 to 5 days to investigate, when I complained he became rude & then said it would take 10 to 15 days to investigate & they would contact me with any information. The tracking site for the shipping company, On Trac, has shown the package at their final processing center awaiting delivery for a week now. On Trac has been unresponsive to my request to investigate the location of the shipment. To date I have not received contact by either company & still have not received my order.

And on an on an on an on and on. And on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on. And on and on and on and on and on an on and on and on and on and on. It was a long time. I waited. And I waited some more. I did some serious waiting five feet away in a red sweater. No acknowledgment. No letting me know it might be a while. But that would've likely stopped the upselling I started to see. So I turned me and my bike around and left. It's hard for me to be on my feet that long. That's why I bike. Dood has a right to be into his subject matter. Usually shops want you to feel comfortable and respected as somewhat of a priority, even if you aren't being directly pitched at the moment... it just was not a good vibe. All doods working there when I was in. Way heavy on the dood vibe. Captive audience syndrome. Sigh. Dood has to do what a dood does. I avoid places like this. I got my Head skis 2 years ago on recommendation from Piotr and I absolutely love them. I also got a pair of Leki poles which are awesome. This year I decided to splurge on new ski clothes and Piotr new exactly what to show me. They carry this new brand from Poland called 4F that has amazing high quality base layers and fantastic ski pants. I can't wait for my ski excursion and 100% recommend this store!

He is to be commended for his honesty in appraising the return value for the expenditure for the need repairs. He took the time to honestly evaluate our Zodiac boat rather than turn just a "quick profit". We honestly would not have know the difference.
