Our family wanted a last day trip before the start of school. My husband took off work and we spent almost two hours in a car to get there on time for our 10:00 am appointment to be told the women who does the paddle boarding went back to college. We were understandable upset and were treated poorly by the man working in the store who seemed not to care. I attempted to reach the owner and never even received a phone call back. In addition, a similar situation happened to friends of ours. They received a phone call on their way to their paddle boarding lesson from Surf Unlimited cancelling at the last minute. i WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SURF UNLIMITED. Then my son who has autism was just wondering the store and being followed I told the owner he had autism and wouldn't understand anything he is saying to him. Also the 8 employees lingering about that stalk you is horrible. I will never go back! How that place is in business is beyond me. After reading other reviews the owner clearly has a problem with children and you can imagine how bad he was with my special needs kid.
