This is a beautiful store and as a teenager always one of my favorites on the island. However i know my fashion, I love my Kate, Lilly, Tory and Louis Vuitton like the next girl but some of these price tags are ludicrous. $250 for a SHEIN dupe that clearly says made in China right on the size tag is not getting my attention or money. Sales girls could use some customer service, standing around talking like valley girls making after work plans and closing the store at 8 when it says 9 doesn't bring in customers. read more

Very pricey, but they have a large selection. I was able to find a pair of jeans that fit perfectly and a bikini top that I love. The girls that work there were nice and patient as I tried to get my gift card to work. I do wish they had more dressing rooms, it seems impractical to only have two small ones for such a large store. read more

BAD Customer Service and sneaky!!! They advertise sale all 50%summer items, except a room with sale items "price marked final sale". My daughter picked up a bathing suit in main room and when we were being rung up (you cannot see prices) we asked everything on sale? She said "yes". When we were given receipt we realized bathing suit not discounted and we had not left counter. She said final sale and item is"price as marked", even though not in sale room. I asked if we could return because that is not what the sign said. She said "No" and I asked for owner that just walked by me. She went in back and then came back out and said "he left"??Hmmm he was just there. I called twice and left message on the second try. Six days later owner still doesn't have the decency to call and discuss. Whether they refund her or not, it was the principle that I wanted to discuss, but clearly poor businessman who hides behind front help. Be careful of their deception. I have talked to other people who said similar situation for them and they just left. We spent over $350 and felt we deserved atleast a call back to discuss. Will never shop there again and suggest you think twice!!! read more

Rudely said "excuse me" as I stood outside the dressing rooms, after she tried on five items, and then managed to stand in my way. They stock designers like Kate Spade, J Brand, and Free People. I was really excited to find a decent selection of Ella Moss here. This store is just a lovely little haven for those who like labels and pretty things. I didn't buy anything but I had a great time looking around. Is this store pricey? Absolutely. Is it overpriced? Not much more than Nordstroms. Can you find these brands cheaper elsewhere? Yes. There were 3 sales-girls on the floor when I was there. Not one of them greeted me, asked if I needed any help, or even glanced my way, really. Maybe I had the "this chick isn't going to purchase anything look" about me, so they didn't bother. But, there were only 2 other customers in the store at the time so they COULD have bothered if they wanted to. read more

Good place for designer bathing suits that are made to fit well. For anything other beyond bathing suits or flip flops, I'd pass on it unless you live in an area where certain higher end labels aren't readily available. Brands like Juicy, Ella Moss, Roxy, 7 for All Mankind, Michael Stars, etc. are well stocked there, but the prices aren't great and even with the sale products, you could get better prices at your local Bloomingdales or Nordstroms. I did get a really cute pair of Havaianas I haven't seen elsewhere though. read more

I absolutely love this store for its awesome selection of beach wear. I have been shopping here for 10 years. And yes it's overpriced. Nothing is ever on sale (for me anyway) but I always treat myself at the beach so I do indulge here. Ok that being said I always buy something here at least twice a year and the customer service is absolutely the worst!! Just a bunch of young, clueless girls who r "nice" but that's about all I can say. No one asks u if u need another size or can I bring u anything else to try on... I mean come on!!! Only one way about it: OVERPRICED. Can get the same designer items at the shops in Atlantic City for less -- I literally see it every single time I'm at this store, and then when I head to AC for the night. Shameless overpricing. RETURNED IN JULY: I had a very frustrating experience with this store last week. I am in the market for a particular day planner that this store advertised on its social media outlets. I called to ensure they carried the size I needed (large) and for what price, because I wanted to double-check that they weren't gouging. The price was on the high end, but generally fair, so I planned to stop in for their buy-an-agenda-get-a-free-monogram event later that evening (about 2 hours later). When I arrived, I learned they not only didn't have the large, they never carried it. I did not appreciate being lied to. Additionally, the store is overrun by high school age employees who make it impossible to shop. I also watched one spill her iced coffee all over some of the merchandise. That may make the management regret putting in a coffee shop next door. Speaking of the coffee shop -- highway robbery. $3.00 for macarons that come out of a package! The coffees are also overpriced, and the two employees behind the counter were entirely clueless -- they could not figure out how much a cookie was, and ultimately just charged me some sum of money the girl believed reasonable. Too bad your clerks didn't say hello to us or talk to my mother and I or we would have spent more money. But being ignored for well over 30 mins we finally left. Service with a smile goes a long way. Yet when others walked in who were smaller then us...they were greeted with smiles and hellos...we were not the only people who felt this way. If you are not a size 0 you won't get a hello. Loved the Cafe last summer 2016!! Visited it several times for the ACAI Bowls. Only one on the island that made them. I love the Alec Baldwin ACAI bowl and my daughter likes the Engleside bowl. Unfortunately we went again this weekend. -The portions were much smaller. -The Acai smoothie part was probably made ahead and was too cold almost like eating a frozen fruit pop. They must have pre-made them and put them in the freezer. I will try again and hope it was just because if a busy weekend. read more

I had the most amazing shopping experience here on Tuesday... I brought my son in with me and the owner and her daughter were so sweet!! Sometimes I feel really uncomfortable when I have to bring my toddler in to shop because like any kid he likes to touch EVERYTHING, but they didn't care the least bit!!! The daughter was talking to him while the owner was helping me pick out amazing pieces, ended up spending 400$ there because of how helpful they were.. I will continue coming because of the experience I have everytime I go there. Thank you so much! read more

Okay sure the things they sell are beautiful and the food in the cafe is pretty good but the service is a bunch of judgmental, ignorant, incompetent teenagers that have no idea what costumer service is all about. I walked in, waited in line and watched them gossip behind the counter until I finally said something. I couldn't believe that a manager would let these rude kids run this place with no adult supervision at all. I won't be going back. Everyone should try the place down the street called The Coffee Bouteaque! Better priced, better service and all around better! read more

Every summer it is where I go to get the perfect bathing suits and cocktail dresses.
