It was only tried on at home once and looked like an old lady according to my friends and daughter. Nope. They said we have a no return policy and tell every customer. I guess except me because I never would have bought it. I have spent hundreds of dollars here and won't be anymore. I'm giving the suit to a friend's mother who will look appropriate in it.

Fortunately they have many "fashion consultants" across the age spectrum who are there to help YOU find what you want. They were never pushy. One lady asked if she could help, found what my wife was looking for, and started taking suits off the racks that might fit and look right. They disappeared into the dressing room. Frequently the sales lady would appear and then return with more swimsuits. Perhaps 20 minutes later my love came out modeling the first, and then the second of two suits that looked and fit her perfectly. They were not inexpensive, but reasonably priced for good quality and fashion. I was impressed.

I apologized but she continued to make a big deal of it, asking if I had any idea how much work I'd caused for her because now she'd have to mop the water (?) on the floor and screaming to other employees to grab a mop & guard the door to warn people not to slip. We're talking about a couple of drops here; I was completely dry except for my hair. It was absurd. Several other customers were uncomfortable with the outburst and left. I was so flustered, I stayed just long enough to pay for $30 shoes and the entire time I was paying, she continued to belittle me and ask how I could be so disrespectful, how could I do that, etc even as I continued apologizing and giving her business! I've never experienced anything quite like it. There are several shops with similar items very close to this one; I highly recommend going elsewhere.

She was so excited to go swimsuit shopping this summer which has always been something she dreads. Sales women made the experience awful. Way too pushy when trying to help style (even though was not asked to do so) and had an attitude the whole time. Snarky responses, rude when sizing "don't be surprised if it doesn't fit" What?? Who says that? I've had my share of retail experience, not something you say to someone. Also was clearly annoyed with the fact our kids were present. Were our kids angels? Nope but sorry your store is on the boardwalk and they wanted to go on rides not shop for swim wear. They also were not running through the store, they were either sitting on the bench or by our side. I'll be the first to admit if they were annoying but if you don't like kids and have a problem being in your store- get a new location. Yes- my mother was indecisive. Yes- she has ever right to be. I've actually had more success finding suits perfect for my body and have a bunch of fun bottoms and I just go with a simple top that fits my boobs and I know they always have. The sales are great and every now and then I up my game and buy the new suits in the wall too. I have always been helped out and they are def quick with the size finders and styles of like that look great on me. My mom loves this store and literally every time Armee here she has to too. Definitely all the major holidays and she's got bags of new suits. I guess my whole family shops here because my sis too and all the nieces and nephews get their cute suits here too.
