I was going to the Chargers game this past Sunday, and since it was my first game, I am embarrassed to say I didn't have any apparel. Total fail, I know. I was so going to be the awkward one wearing a generic blue t-shirt because I didn't have the right gear. Enter Jersey Sweater. I was able to procure myself a Chargers sweater before the game, total save. I am not even kidding when I say I got a million complements on the sweater. Standing in line for the bathroom, "oh my God, where did you get your sweater?", drinking my beer at the tailgate, "awesome sweater!", sitting in the stands, "right on, that is an awesome sweater!", riding home on the trolley, "I love your sweater". I've never been so popular in my life, haha! The sweater was also really nice to have when the ocean breeze started to blow through Qualcomm during the second half. I felt sorry for everyone in their shorts and t-shirts, they must have been chilly...

I was tailgating with a bunch of Philadelphia Eagles fans and they were asking me if I had any sweaters for them. Makes for a great conversation piece. Also, I loved the fit! In the past, I have worn jerseys that were oversized (because I thought it was cool). Admittedly, I was somewhat skeptical about wearing a "sweater" to a game. But it was great! The jersey sweater provides a "throwback" look that was unmatched by anyone at the game. I look forward to getting sweaters for friends and family this holiday season. Great product!

Patrick, the manager, not only matched the price, but went out of his way to help me find the exact board I wanted in the color I was looking for. Several employees helped me while I was there, and every single person was kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help. I was actually surprised to see that this location has some lower reviews because that has never been my experience. Every time I've shopped here, I've received great service. I'm not sure how old some of those reviews are, but my experience was excellent. I found exactly what I was looking for, got the price I was hoping for, and was treated with genuine care throughout the entire process. Huge thank you to Patrick and the rest of the team. This is exactly what great customer service should look like.

Gorgeous displays, stunning pieces everywhere you look, and it's honestly just fun to wander even if you're just browsing. Each floor is basically a little runway of gorgeousness, and I kept catching myself doing slow laps like I was at a museum of handbags and shoes. Everything is styled beautifully, so even if you don't plan to buy, it still feels like a full designer experience. There is luxury pricing, but even if you want to just browse there are tons of options and so much help in the store for your budget. What really made it stand out though was the service. I only had an actual consultant in Chanel, but everywhere else in the store I still felt taken care of. Staff were attentive and kind without hovering, and I never got that awkward vibe of being ignored or followed. I got to browse with zero pressure, which makes all shopping so much more enjoyable. Even the parking feels fun with palm trees out front. If you're going for a certain brand or inside boutique (like Chanel), give yourself extra time to explore. This location is also right by an area with a bunch of shopping, food spots, and fun stuff to do (we even did VR nearby), so it's easy to make this stop part of a whole outing.
